I have taken my car here several times in the last 3 years, and have always gotten the Surry package. Each time,my car has been thoroughly cleaned and looks great when the job is done. I was given a gift card for a complete detail job which is coming up next week. I hope my car looks even better than it does now after today's wash!

Update: when the 'owner' responded to my review, he included my license plate publicly!! This is NOT okay!! Guess I’m getting a new license plate since they disclosed my personal identifying information here — which is illegal. We have asked them to remove it, and they have not.
I’m very unhappy with Buggy Bath on Shore Drive … again. This is the last straw. I’ve given them too many chances. There are other places. My vehicle just sat for over 20 minutes when there was no line — SUPPOSEDLY because the vehicle in front of mine was so nasty that it took that long to vacuum it? And while four others who came after mine have come and gone? The last time they left soap on it & I had to ask twice for them to get it off. It was quite obviously a bother to the two males working on my jeep. They think leaving the windows dirty is okay too — full on bird poop on windshield. They act like you’re doing them a favor. Not for $50 + tip. I travel further. They don’t care AT ALL. There IS no customer service at Buggy Bath. The unconcerned girl at the desk knew I was upset, so why was it my job to ask for the manager (since one of the not nice emails we received from the manager suggested that I should have done this)? We’ve been very displeased with the response from the manager and especially what he added my license plate to his response when he asked me to include it in my online complaint he requested. Did he actually feel like he needed to tell me what my own license plate was and to do so publicly? This is definitely very disturbing, on top of everything else!

John did a great job The interior looks like new. Will go back just remember it's an all day gig for full detail.

Normally the wash is great and excellent service. However that was not the case today. Today the wash on my vehicle was disappointing to say the least. Frustrated I paid for the highest package and my car didn't look much better on the inside after. Vacuum was very poorly done and nothing was wiped down. They also put soaking wet floor mats back in my vehicle.

There are kind people who show up even at the car wash! Jasmine and John are angels! Both professional and helpful when I needed a hand. The service provided was thoughtful, detailed and informative. I do not typically use a car wash and detail shop; moving forward, I will be using Buggy Bath for my vehicle because great service and quality work should be rewarded with loyalty.

I was there early last week to purchase a WIRELESS CHARGER for my CUP HOLDER in my vehicle.
You guys are the ONLY PLACE I've found a WIRELESS CHARGER for vehicle CUP holders.
I've also utilized your car wash 3, or 4 times in the past year.
There is another CAR WASH of your type near GREEN RUN 5 minutes from my home ?, but your CAR WASH is FAR BETTER and I GLADELY drive 10 minutes more to get to yall instead.
Hey, put a location near GREEN RUN HIGH SCHOOL.
That works be GREAT as I live literally a stones throw away.
But until ya do, I'm good driving 15 minutes to your establishment.?
