Called this place to inquire about a withdrawal that came out of my account. He ( the manager) abruptly cut me off and asked if it had to do with some type of scam and how many calls he was getting about the same issue. I didn't know what was going on, that's why I called. He went on to give me a phone number to call and then hung up on me as I tried to tell him " Thank You ". I appreciated the info, just hated the attitude..

Car received on time. Desk admin was quick, confusing and less than friendly. Too many idle employees sitting about. Sketchy people hanging around outside in cars, blocking entrance and generally doing little. Car I received was very dirty, tires need replacement. Otherwise in and out in ten minutes. Fix the above and this would be an outstanding business.

Showed up to drop my car off for return. As I'm pulling in to a parking spot a car from near their garage throws it in reverse and comes flying back nearly hitting me. Out of the car gets the apparent owner of the location, Katie Thomson, who goes out of her way to come tell me I should watch where I am going and that I apparently nearly hit HER! Will never do business at this location again after that sort of childish behavior.

Literally rent anywhere else. Called me less than 2 hours before I was supposed to pick up the truck to tell me it wasn’t available; less than 5 hours before I had movers coming. I had to scramble to find a new reservation almost an hour away and narrowly dodged having to completely cancel my move. DO NOT RENT HERE DO NOT RENT HERE DO NOT RENT HERE.

The worst experience ever! Budget ruined my Christmas. They left my 82 year old mother and I stranded on the side of the road for 6 plus hours with a rental van that had broken down. I finally got an agent who told me to call 911 and abandon the vehicle. I rented on 12/22 and 3 months later I am still receiving harassing calls from them because their "roadside assistance" can't locate their vehicle. Last night, I received a call at 2:46 am. When I call customer service I wait on the phone for 45 minutes to get hung up on by the first agent that gets my case. My father died last June and all we wanted was to take my mom on a vacation for Christmas to get her mind off of things but instead she sat on the side of a cold highway for hours with nothing but time to think about my father. Their sister company Avis closed the case, so I do not understand why Budget is still harassing me. Budget made this the worst Christmas ever!

Received a car with low tire pressure and returned it on time in the same condition. Received and paid a bill for $80 for the repair. The Ford Escape was in poor shape, so is this location.

This place is a joke they gentlemen at the desk was polite but he failed to advise me that because I was under the age of 25 I'd be billed 27$ a day for my rental agreement. He literally took the drivers license to verify my identity with the online reservation and again failed to advise me that since I was under 25 I'd be billed 27$ a day for the entire rental duration. Had I'd been told this I wouldn't have rented it!

I had an excellent experience renting from this location. Recommend using Costco Travel for reservation as far in advance as you can. Kathie, the agency operator at the front desk, was super kind, cordial and provided me an excellent customer experience upon picking up the car and delivering it at the conclusion of the rental. She was proficient and provided expeditious service, despite no one waiting behind me - without rushing me through! I really appreciate this and look forward to my future rentals from here and hope to work again with Kathie.

If i could give this company a 0-Star rating, i would. I paid in advanced for my rental. Upon picking it up, i was told they needed my card for a $250 hold that would be reimbursed upon return. I returned the vehicle. The money was not returned. I called and inquired. Most of it was returned in 3 separate smaller chunks.1 month later from my rental date, i see a pending charge for $125 dollars. I called to inquire and was told it was a dog hair cleaning fee and was valid. One month later? Asenine. We had the car for 2 days and had a my husband's service dog with. There was minimal hair in the back...sure as hell not $125 worth. If i had known they would charge $125, i would have paid a quarter and vacuumed it out myself.And even if there was a ton of hair...charging a month later?Garbage company. Will NEVER use again or recommend to anyone else.

I had a question about an unauthorized transaction on my card. They give me corporate number and no one answers the phone. Business hours listed that they are open. This is rediculous. Called a nearby Budget and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I am done with this company! This the Budget in Virginia and I live nowhere near there!!

Customer service is nonexistent at Budget car rental in Orlando International Airport. As they were processing my reservation, I asked if I can use my on insurance that covers rental cars and was told "No" I had to pay for it. This was not true when I spoke to their "customer service" on the phone. After the employee completed my transaction I was told to wait 15 minutes they are cleaning the car. Went back to the counter after 15 minutes and the wasn't ready. Waited over an hour with no answers of when our car would be ready. I asked another employee for an update on my car and was told it would be ready soon. I responded how do you know when you didn't even ask me my name. After that an employee from Avis rental car stepped in and gave us actual customer service. If it wasn't for the Avis employee I'd still be waiting for my car. Will never use Budget car rental again!! ZERO STARS!

Be careful there is a fraud!!!!!I rented a car from Sacramento, CA , a month ago from and today from this budget location tried to charge my card 450$ . Someone from there is stealing peoples cards info and tries to steal money

No matter when you go there's always a 40 min wait until you get the car, and the returning is a pain as well, they just can't corporate with the local parking lot valet, they tell you different things at the same time
