We are doing a military move, as stressful and difficult this can be, this company and guys helped packing our stuff be efficient and quick! Andrew and Thomas were amazing. Super friendly, didn’t make it feel awkward or weird. They were so quick and took care of all of our items. Andrew was able to answer all of my questions. Would highly recommend this company as well as these two guys!

Going through a PCS and Brooks was contracted to pack up our home. Troia and Kate came out and packed our 1500 square foot home + full garage and they did it in about 1.5 days. They were meticulous with packing everything up and we appreciate the care they put into making sure our stuff was both organized well and properly packed.
Military moves are stressful enough and they relieved some of that stress for us. Thank you, Kate and Troia!

Completely broke all of my husband's gaming stuff. Repackaged atleast 7 boxes. Broke two monitors a laptop my grandmother's table that's been passed down in my family. Driver was rude they were 4 days and 2 an half hours late. Never ever recommend this place. They have caused atleast $5000 in damages. Unprofessional disrespectful and rude.

I would give a zero out of five stars if I could. The company moved and stored our household goods for our most recent move and we had a ton of items damaged, lost, or very dirty afterwards. Brooks Transfer & Storage Co was only willing to pay a limited amount towards the damages and losses that they had caused, and their movers were rather rude and impatient. Go elsewhere if you want quality movers.

We had a wonderful experience packing and moving our household good with Brooks Transfer and storage company. Andrew and Jeff really went above and beyond to make sure our stuff was secure and treated properly! They were fast and we could tell our goods would be safely transported overseas!

They didn’t absolutely fantastic job we lucky enough to have Thomas and Shawn working with us. They were extremely quick and efficient. They got everything done. I would definitely call them to move us again they’re all charismatic super sweet definitely a great experience 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Incredible moving service. Andrew, Shelby, and Jeff showed up right in the window they promised the day prior to move in our belongings from storage. I've never seen movers work so fast! Delivered everything carefully and had our 3 bed house dropped off in just over 2 hours. These guys work with real pride and seem to enjoy what they do! Will definitely be requesting their service again!

I would give them a zero they are absolutely horrible and they are bold faces Liars. Our stuff was supposed to be packed then put on the truck well neither one has been done we've pretty much done all the packing they are absolutely lazy and the military coordinator or who ever he is I have se choice words about him he's a rude a** thinks he's god gift to who idk but can't stand him. This is our 1st time having the military to move us and I'm over the stress. Whatever you do steer clear of these people.
