I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Brooks Brothers and spent over $2000 on two suits. I must say, the quality of these suits is absolutely superior. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in every stitch, making them worth every penny.
What truly stood out to me, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, ensuring that I found the perfect fit and style. They went above and beyond to make my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
I highly recommend Brooks Brothers to anyone looking for high-quality suits and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning for future purchases!

I have worked very hard for many years to be able to shop at an establishment like brooks brothers. After being able to finally afford 2 suits and spending close to 2k on them, both of the pants ripped less than 5 months after my purchase. I brought them in to see if there was any help or options and they pretty much told me I was an owner. Not only would they not help me or give me any kind of discount on a repair or a repurchase, I couldn't even repurchase the pants because they wont retail them as a stand alone. So now I have 2 suit jackets with no matching pants, and not even an option to purchase or receive any assistance from the manufacture. One of the worse retail experiences I have ever had in my life, not because of the pants, but because of the treatment afterwards.

I took my teenager to get fitted for prom and also to look for a Suit look at a selection the store offered the salesman on May 4 around 7:30 pm asked my son if would he be buying anything and the cost of the suit was one thousand dollars that was the most unprofessional stereotype statement to make to a young kid the saying not to judge a book by its cover you did not even greet him or give him his measurements for his waist a horrible unpleasant experience shopping for a Black tie event

I have tried doing something nice for my husband on two separate occasions in the past six months getting him items in general. Every time the staff is always either late to open the door by two hours, or they don’t know how to freaking look up anything, they can’t find the order number, they can’t find the account, etc., etc. I’m giving them the order number, the date I ordered the pants, my account, and email- they can’t find me somehow. They don’t know how to do returns or how to make gift cards. Brooks Brothers is supposed to be a nice establishment/suit warehouse. Why the heck is this happening? This is not service. I’m not asking for a lot just for you to be able to do the basics of your job and I’m a person that does not ask for a lot. The manager doesn’t know how to do anything and one of the ladies that’s helping my husband right now is the same one from months ago that didn’t know how to do her job. Make this make sense. We are just trying to exchange some pants and use a gift card. Basic stuff here folks.

Brooks Brothers has always been a favorite. Dating back to early 2000 when all of my business shirts were purchased from them. Now I do more mail order.Find them located in Virginia Beach Town Center behind the Cheesecake Factory with off street parking and free garage parking.Today I had a few gifts to pick up and no surprise the experience was exceptional. They had 30% off, plus clearance items on Christmas Eve and was open late afternoon. The clerk was knowledgeable about the products and stayed with me to assist. I was also surprised they had plenty of staff given the day. I had also purchased a blazer for my son just weeks before.Checkout was smooth and Brooks Brothers has the best gift boxes, they are beautiful. A hard copy receipt was placed in the bag.If you desire classic upscale quality clothing BB is a great place to start.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews… I’ve been in the store several times in the last week getting some outfits together for a wedding trip. The service experience each time was better than I’ve had at any clothing store, ever!I worked with Aaron, Katlyn, and Sheryl between a few different transactions and they were exceptionally friendly, patient, and accommodating. That’s not just because Men’s Warehouse told me that they preferred that I didn’t try on their dress shirts since the have a lot of pins, clips, and cardboard to put back together….???AMAZING!!!

Brooks Brothers in Town Center Virginia Beach is one of my favorite place to go shopping. I started shopping at Brooks Brothers in 2008 when they came to Town Center. In 2008 the women’s section was amazing and large at Brooks Brothers with some great time pieces. Now Brooks Brothers has reduced the store size. Brooks Brothers reduced the women’s section tremendously to a tiny space, which is disappointing. I love the quality of Brooks Brothers clothes. I have some amazing Brooks Brothers skirt and pant suits from many years ago and still feel like a multi millionaire in them.?

The supervisor, Katlyn was amazing! She knew exactly what she was doing picking out my outfit for a business formal dinner. Many outfits tried on and she gave me such great opinions and advice!! Definitely knows what she’s doing when choosing what to wear. Ask for her for your next visit when you need help!!

I came in here and looking for a suit for me and my groomsmen. I was immediately greeted by Matt who introduced himself and asked me about my needs. I told him my budget which was unfortunately out of range for the store. Matt could have easily ended the conversation there but he went the extra mile and did my measurements for me and gave me some suggestions of places that would fit my budget.This was a refreshing experience as other suit shops I felt barely noticed after being there for over 15 minutes. Thanks Matt for providing exceptional customer service.

Not sure if all Brooks Brothers have fallen to mediocrity, but this one has. It has that going out of business feel where they do the very minimum to call themselves open for customers.

Premium prices with the poorest possible service.Ordered a suit after finding the right size and fit in the Virginia Beach store. The suit that showed up was not even close to the same fit and required significant alteration (at least 5 inches taken in) and since it required so much work, I was charged $80 more. It did not come back in the time promised, showed up nearly a week late. The phone conversations with the store personnel during that time were not about how it was going to get fixed but rather how horrible the alterations folks were and that they do this all the time. Complaining about the management of the Richmond store (where apparently, it had been sent). Almost all negative, no solutions beyond "I hope it shows up tomorrow". My suit finally showed up this morning, I went in at lunch to pick it up and try it on. I was handed a $1000 suit that looked like it had been wadded up in a box for days and still had packing material stuck to it. When I asked for it to be brushed and pressed I was clearly putting them out. After a few minutes I was told the press was down and they would have to do it by hand. After three attempts, I finally had a slightly wrinkled suit in a bag and headed home with a half hearted "sorry and thank you" (and another complaint about management and the alterations staff). Not even an offer to make it right or try to earn my business back.My next purchase at Brooks Brothers will be at their going out of business sale, which seems inevitable at this point.
