My husband and I have just purchased a recliner from this store. The employee brought the recliner out to the front doors and set it on the floor. The employee didn't offer or even attempted to help my husband carry the recliner into the truck. He saw my husband struggle and the employee stood by and said nothing. Absolutely rude. Before we came to this store, we had gone to the Big Lots in Chesapeake and bought a sofa. The employee from the Chesapeake store was super nice and sweet. He helped my husband carry the sofa into our truck. Two completely different experiences. Don't shop at this store. Employees were rude! Management needs to do something.

Absolutely horrible experience. I tried calling just to find out if a couch was in stock as it said online and after being on hold for a total of 38 minutes they said they would call me back within 2 hours. That never happened. Called the next day just to be greeted by the rudest person “you’re gonna have to wait we busy” and same thing again. On hold for almost an hour.

I called the store to see if they had an item I was looking for and they were able to promptly locate it for me and let me know it was in stock. They then helped me load the LARGE item into my car. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The store was very well organized and clean!! I will definitely make take a longer trip just to come to this location! Thanks everyone !!!

VA BEACH BLVD STORE IS THE STORE TO GO TO FOR ANYTHING. I’ve had the best experiences here. Absolutely love the staff. Yency is so nice. Love her. Welcoming , friendly and always helpful. Greg in furniture is also very nice and welcoming. Helpful and understanding to your needs. Angie is also super nice and funny and helpful. Jessica was also very helpful and caring about customer needs.

I celebrated when I saw this Big Lots was gonna open... now that has been open... I love it!! Gotta be careful because this store does cause an addiction due to the items and prices...Such a great place to shop!!
