horrible experience with buying my Android cell phone there, I certainly should have just gone to Verizon and bought a phone since that is my carrier, I've been in there twice and they would not help me at all They told me I did not buy the protection plan I would never not buy a protection plan on anything They did not offer it to me and I've lied about it, I will follow up with this through corporate office

Just made an appointment here due to my less than one year old MacBook won’t turn on anymore, and was turned away instantly when I communicated that I had bought a refurbished MacBook. I bought this MacBook for $500 dollars last September, but turns out they won’t do a SINGLE thing for you if you buy anything from here that is refurbished. The man I spoke with even told us that Best Buy just “doesn’t care” about situations like these. Never buying from a Best Buy again.

The men who helped my mom and I in the car bay area, on Sun 06/23/2024 @ 12:30pm are phenomenal. Such gentlemen and had great customer service. So professional and kind and patient. They installed a dash cam in my mom's red Nissan and answered every question we had. It was more than 1 gentleman who helped us. One wore glasses and has dark hair and the other was tall with tattoos and blonde hair. We really appreciate their help. It's so refreshing to get great customer service anywhere. 5 stars thanks to them.

The Geek Squad was amazing. I hate that I forgot her name but her patience with my inability to maneuver through issues that we had with our computers was unparalleled. She not only helped unlock one computer. She also told me my best option for an older computer that I had and help me establish an account for maintenance on all of our devices, which I might add will be well worth the money spent because in return we get assistance and maintenance on all of our devices for the household for the rest of the year. It only took them few minutes to unlock my one computer and a day and a half to upgrade and clean my other computer it is now ready for pickup. Thanks for all your help and great customer service
