The friendliest threading salon I’ve ever been to! They always take care to listen to my needs before starting. The lighting and atmosphere is maybe a little too sterile for me but that’s just a bougie opinion lol — and that just means it’s clean!!
At the end of the day they’re still one of the best threading salons in Virginia Beach :)

Had been growing my eyebrows for months, I went there to get them "cleaned" and left with a THIN right eyebrow and a horrible left eyebrow. My right eyebrow has spots of missing hair. HORRIBLE won't be coming back!!

During my last visit, they were located in the Aragona Village shopping area but were in preparation to relocate. There is a location within Lynnhaven Mall if you're closer to that location. The ladies who work here are polite, yet very reserved. Not a lot of chit chat going on. They do acknowledge you as a returning customer and try to get to know you and what services you gravitate towards. Communication is imperative if you don't want your brows done they want them. Speak up before she begins and tell them what look you're trying to achieve. On the weekends, it can be busier. I've always walked in but if you are having multiple areas threaded, you should discuss an appointment to avoid waiting. Without an appointment, you kinda just sit and wait and try to figure out who's next based on when someone arrived. There are males that come here and receive threading services. So if you're looking to get rid of or accentuate your unibrow, they can help with that. If you're new, ask for a punch card and bring it with you on your visits. After a few visits you can redeem for a free brow threading. Cash, credit card and contactless pay are supported here. I'm unsure if there is a restroom open to customers, I've never been there that long that I needed it. I would return here for threading services.

I've been twice and I'd say the results both times were "meh". The people themselves are great, I just don't think they've nailed my eyebrow shape. It's definitely more affordable than some of the other places I've seen though.
