The resort itself is a bit dated but the price you’re paying reflects that fairly. Prime location with secure garage or optional overflow lot. The garage is not that bad, as many other reviews mention, it’s fine if you’re comfortable driving your own vehicle. Jonathan and Jessica are very helpful and helped us with all of our requests.

I was very impressed with Beach Quarters. The location is amazing. Right on the beach and boardwalk. My studio room with a balcony was incredible, I really enjoyed the large shower/bathtub. When I needed something it was promptly brought up to my room. They also offer low cost activities like painting a beer mug you get to keep for $5. The pool, hot tub, fitness center, and sauna were great. My one disappointment was that the outdoor pool and bar are not open during off season so there was nowhere to get food or drinks at the hotel.

I love staying here for the fact that you get an ocean front view no matter what room you get, The rooms aren't the nicest that Hilton has to offer on the beach, but I come for the ocean not the room. This time Kianah checked me in and she had a long line but she was handling it like a pro!!! It was right at 4:00 pm of course. So kudos to her for getting us all checked in It's efficiently and fast as she could, and all smiles the whole time. I will see you guys next time.

The room amenities were good. My point is the walls are not insulated and you can hear everything that your neighbors are doing including whispering. The rooftop bar and grill on the seventh floor is no longer open or in operation. Which was a major let down. The front desk was welcoming, kind and courteous. The parking garage is extremely tight and hard to navigate through being that it is a one-way and not enough room for two cars to go past each other. The beds are old and need to be updated.
Rooms: Paper thin walls.
Food and drinks: Not available on promises.
Noteworthy details: I wouldn't label this as a resort being that there's no Dining on promises.

Front desk Stephanie is Great to work with, polite and friendly. Staff was very helpful and friendly as well.
Nearby activities: Great location to the beach ⛱️

Otherwise, clean hotel, friendly staff, direct access to the boardwalk. Great location for dining. Parking garage was easy to access.
Rooms: Hot water in sinks only. No hot water in shower. Studio Room was small. Shower and sink in main area, toilets in what I can only describe as a closet, you had to straddle the toilet to close the door. A public restroom stall has more space.
Nearby activities: Direct boardwalk access from hotel.
Walkability: Everything you need is nearby, park your car in the garage, you won’t need it.
Food and drinks: Great location for dining and a few shops nearby. Get the Orange Crush from Waterman’s (or Chicks) and you won’t be disappointed.

Hotel was clean and affordable but the staff made it even better . So helpful and friendly especially Kianah with her knowledge of local eateries . Had a great long weekend with the kids and Kianah even got my kids some welcome packages they loved ! Would reccomend to anyone . Great short vacation !

Totally fine room, great large tub in the room, pool was nice and the roof top pool seemed cool even though we didn't get to use it.
The location and view are the best parts, otherwise completely average stay.

Rooms are clean., roomy and we'll equipped. Toaster, microwave/convection, sink, cutlery, plates glasses, even a roll of paper towels. Balcony with ocean view perfect. Would come back.

We had an amazing day we used to stay hear multiple times years ago this was just an amazing vacation it's been hard for us to afford a family vacation we were only able to stay 3 days we are checking out today but the level of service has been top-notch my daughter had just turned five and I was in communication with Stephanie from the front desk days prior to our stay and then when we got here they knew who we were when we got to our room she had a sweet little gift waiting for her and highly recommend this for families or couples it's very quiet very calm but so many amenities so worth it highly recommended so that we will definitely be staying here again I am so grateful
Rooms: Our room was wonderful very clean comfortable the it wasn't like overly modern decor you know it was just perfect it felt like home the whole time
Nearby activities: There's a lot of stuff nearby The grommet park for families oh yeah I mean that was the best one of the best parts

They used to offer more dishes in the rooms however now they don't offer serving dishes. So unless you eat all microwave meals, plan on bringing some cheap bowls and serving utensils.

Perfect for what we wanted, close to the beach and the room was sufficient to accommodate our needs. Desani on the front desk was amazing, he went out of his way to help us!
