I had work done on 8/2/24. I paid $943 for my AC to be fixed. AC works great. However, the mechanic unplugged my front right headlight and turn signal. I was unaware and I was pulled over for my headlight being out later that night. Guess who is stuck paying for the ticket now? For $943 I would hope they could plug in the lights. Disappointed to say the least.

I’ve had good experiences with this shop over the years. Work is always pricey, but that’s as to be expected this day in age. However, after my last visit I will be using other shops in the future. I can no longer reccoment this shop because of an error and lack of punctuality. It’s an honest mistake but at my cost and piece of mind. I simply asked for a synthetic BLEND when dropping off my vehicle. Only to pick up my vehicle the next day to learn they had used a FULL synthetic, which costs more and is simply incorrect from what I ask. Maybe it necessary for the shop to implement a pre contract for the work to be done, since obviously verb communication is lacking.

I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who requires inexpensive automobile repairs. I dropped off my car for state inspection before they open at 7a and the lady at the front desk states I will be contacted once it's done and surely my vehicle was completed at 2p. Ensure to be waiting in line before they open at 7a to drop off your vehicle since it's first come first serve.

Jackie and Connie at the front desk were so nice & helpful. Matt was so professional and explained my problem and had my car back to me in 4 hours. He saved me money which made my day. I highly recommend Beach Auto .

They had my car for 48 hours before anyone had even looked at my car. Then I received a call on day 3 saying the mechanic was looking at it and that I would get a call back. I didn’t hear back for 3 hours so I called in, and to my surprise the lady tells me that my car is ready for pickup. They had repaired my car before consulting me about what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. When I pointed Out that what happened was wrong, I was told “well the repair had to happen for it to be driveable anyway so…”. I was treated like a child and did not get any answers and still had to pay full price. When looking at the bill, I was charged $350 for labor and $0 for parts so not even sure what was repaired.
