Don't ever bank with these people they are horrible at problem solving. I opened an account almost 2months ago and put money in my account and haven't been able to use it since and they won't give my little 30 or 50 dollars back would never recommend going with them. Wait and they said it would be fixed in 10 days 10 days ago like 10 times. All and all not a good reliable bank

Literally the slowest branch around. I write this review as I continue to sit in line at the drive thru with one person in front of me, going on 25 minutes now. Honestly crazy. And it’s ALWAYS like this. Save your time and go to a different branch - this is almost as bad as waiting at the DMV. A literal adventure for no reason. And you’ll probably be out in less than half the amount of time. AND you might luck out with a friendlier teller. smh.

Ridiculously slow service!!! Only two tellers working in the whole bank! Shouldn’t take over thirty minutes to make a simple deposit! It was never like this when this back was SunTrust!!!

The merger has been a disaster in terms of phone service. Credit card hacked and trying to get new card. Three phone calls, seven persons, four hours and still trying (I'm so sick of their on hold music). Also being told I need to make a fourth call. The old BBT one call and they took care of it. This is ugly and would be funny if it wasn't so bad.

Don't bank here!!! Now Truist - yuk!!!! I did a bill payment to a vendor for the wrong amount for some reason BB&T decided to reverse it that was good but the reversal would take five days for effect and meanwhile it was $375 that was deducted from my current balance. I had tried to stop payment on it but because it was in a pending status the online system wouldn't allow me to do that. When I called customer service they said well don't worry about it it's going to be reversed anyway. But the problem was it overdrew my account and they charged me a $78 fee. After it was reversed I called back to ask them to please reverse the $78 Fee and they refused to do it. It took over an hour of holding on the phone to get that response. I decided at that point that was enough of the BBT, truest fun and then I was going to change my account to a different bank. I called my local branch to speak to the branch manager because she and I had a friendship and I wanted to let her know why I was changing banks. I had met with her the prior week so I I expected her to be there however she had quit no longer works for BBT. Yes she didn't like the new Truist either. Warning stay away they have lots of hidden fees. I

I find banks tiresome. These ladies know that an do anything possible to ensure your experience is a little better. They also perform their duties without complain and seem not only to remember individuals like myself, but greet by name and say have a good day after conducting transactions. They are busy sometimes, but always have tellers available within a few seconds of entering the bank.

most employees i've dealt with are only trying to make a buck, atms always full so you can't cash deposit, most tellers aren't professional and will serve whomever they feel appropriate instead of order of arrival (last occurance Great Neck 8:45am Apr 4 at the drive-thru window), their phones are off so you can't call after 9 (simple to remember), and lastly pulled all $ out of savings this morning because of this terrible service that's been the norm lately. The gentleman that worked with me has been my only positive experience with BB&T since I was 16 (now 30) and his name is Jonathan Phillips. He should be you guy's CEO with the level of care he gave as he was helping me get all $ out of savings. He did something so many of your staff forgot to do...he apologized...

John is his name...don't go see him! I would give him and the bank a 0 if I could. First told me to sit down and wait he was busy ( the bank was EMPTY!) ..then said "what do you want very rudely"...I told him I wanted to close my account. He asked for ID and didn't say one word during the transaction besides that. I worked for a bank...I know know what good customer service is! He didn't once ask what he could do to earn service, why I might be closing out my account, or even ask how I was.
