He did a diagnostic trouble code check on my service engine soon light for my SUV, gave me a print out, and explained it. “We are from Idaho and I’ve been grabbing my car parts and needs from O Reileys for years, but I’ve never experienced a location with so much attention to customer service. I came in with questions, didn’t even do the research for what kind of part I needed, and Nadia helped me with everything. She got me what I needed, helped me compare pricing and choices, then even assisted me with a few things on the car right outside the store! Despite the icy wind she made sure I was taken care of and then took the trash all in for me so I could be on my way.
