Small location but always clean and well organized. The Cafe area is spacious; however, the children’s area is lacking. It’s small and uninviting for kids in comparison to the other locations with children’s corners, stages, and seating for story time. The staff on the bookseller’s side is amiable, kind, and attentive, but typically unpleasant on the cafe’s side, so I’ve stopped using the cafe at this location. Overall, this Barne’s & Noble has more of a sterile feel to it than a cozy one, so I find myself quickly in and out, whereas the other locations I spend hours and hundreds of dollars in.

What’s the point of having a phone number listed when know one answers? It tells me to stay on the line to speak to a bookseller, then says “we are unable to complete your call. Goodbye.” 30 second phone call. Delete the number if it isn’t usable!

Review for the cafe- told them the order was rung up incorrectly (price was to high and was told that they would give me a receipt and I could just go get a refund. Very dismissive then made the drinks wrong

Small Barnes and Noble with a nice cafe and staying area. Nice a quiet if you are looking for a book and the staff are friendly!

Love this bookstore is still open!. Lots to look at and the seating area for Starbucks is large. Sadly if you want a newspaper go early they sell out quick!

I loved it. Despite the odds, B&N are still in business. We have spent many happy hours here over the decades, and it's still a great place to hang out with a book or periodical and read. They also have a Starbucks on premises.. The store is a bit smaller than it's heyday, but the cuts were made by reducing the toy and puzzle section. The book sections are about the same. Highly recommended.
