A wonderful place to get lost. There is so much there to explore. If you are in a hurry keep on going and coke back when you have time to relax and enjoy your surroundings.

Customer service is excellent! I gave them four stars only because the bathroom on the day I went was horrible. It was filthy as if no one had cleaned it in a while and it was hard to tear the toilet paper off of the holder as well as being really thin.

Nothing wrong here, it's fine. But only just fine. i miss the vibe of the store pre-renovation. Before this was my go-to B&N. Now I go to Lynnhaven instead. If nothing else than to avoid the nightmare parking situation out front.
