This place is great! I’ve been getting supplies from here and the employees have been really helpful. I was there yesterday, found a notebook, and the employee was really friendly. Highly recommended for textbooks and supplies!

Horrible customer service. My order didn’t match what I received. I tried to call and talk to a representative to resolve this issue and he put on hold for over 20 min and never came back. No help what so ever!!!!!!

This place is horribly mismanaged. People who haven't even figured out what books they need should not be in the same line as people whose books are paid and ready to be picked up. Employees also shouldn't be needing to hand type barcodes when they have not one but two barcode scanners hooked up to their computer. B&N and TCC should both be disappointed in this sorry excuse of a book store.

They need to be open 7 days a week and have longer hours to cater to 99% of students who work. Shouldn't have to take time off of work just to get needed class materials.

The shopping experience was fine. The prices were considerably higher than normal for the items I looked at. I was given incorrect information by an employee here, which ended up majorly inconveniencing me. Other than that, the staff was friendly. I would avoid coming here just because you can find everything here cheaper elsewhere.

I bought a calculus book and there's no cover at all just the pages. Has the holes so you can put them in binders. This cost me $237. I just think if the book is this much, at least have a cover on it.

This is how they treat orders over $400. After waiting weeks to get my order I get this open box, things are missing, and covered with dirt. Also, everything else is open. I have to physically bring it to a barns Nobel if I want any money back, even though I got this shipped. Save your time and money by shopping literally anywhere else.

Someone needs to fix your email system. I have been waiting for my textbooks for weeks only to find out that they have ALL BEEN CANCELLED! I never received any email saying they were and I CANNOT get in contact with ANYONE! I don’t know why I even bother ordering from you guys. Take my advice, buy your books somewhere else.

I am so mad. I ordered a textbook in November that has been on backorder since then. My class started yesterday. I have been calling the store (because I didn’t want to go to the store due to covid) to follow up on my order for the past 2 months and not one person there seems to know (or even care) what they are talking about. I called the store two times last week because I was getting worried I may not get it on time before class starts. Tuesday, they told me to call back on Thursday because it is still on backorder but should get here before my class starts. I called Thursday and spoke with someone from the store and was told not to worry that it will be shipped that night and I was going to get it Friday or that weekend (my class starts Monday) so I waited like a fool. I have to start my class with no book because I still have not gotten it. It still says my book is on hold when I checked it online and I called again today (TUESDAY) and asked them about my book and what happened to it and the person I spoke to said she thinks I will “probably” get my textbook 3-5 days from today. Your workers needs some serious retraining. 1) I didn’t even get one “I’m sorry that happened” 2) I can’t get one straight answer from your workers (3 different people told me 3 different things). 3) When I told them I was going to get my book somewhere else, I get a “meh”. B&N TCC Virginia Beach really screwed me over this semester. I have a homework due on Monday. I’m not gonna buy anything from this bookstore ever again.
