This place is a dump and the staff is rude! The whole place smells like pot/weed. The lobby photos that are online are NOT accurate. There is no breakfast and no on-site restaurant. The kitchen leaves a lot to be desired. The fridge is a dorm room fridge. They do not provide sufficient linens for the pull-out sofa bed. The ONLY thing going for this place is the location. I repeat, this place is a dump!!

My husband and I stayed this past week, for our anniversary. The location is gorgeous, all rooms had a beautiful view of the ocean, which we enjoyed on our personal balcony. The staff were kind, and the check in and out process was quick and smooth. A little disappointed about not offering breakfast, which was advertised on the site. But, we found a quaint buffet within walking distance from our resort. Rooms were clean, and everything we needed was at hand. We will definitely be back!

Honestly, I love the view and the concept of the room.Cons: I reported several issues to the front desk on the morning after my first night here about my room and was told to write up a maintenance card. They did nothing to fix the issues. The dishes and glasses and silverware, pots and pans, even the silverware holder was greasy, nasty and gross! They were used and never washed, just put back into the cupboards. I had to literally wash, by hand, Everything before I could even use it. And this was a room "upgrade"?? The bed was flat and hard as a rock. Pillows also terrible. The safe isn't plugged in and is not usable. The microwave has shards of glass where someone broke it, above the clock, but this was never repaired or replaced. This is directly above the cooking range.The dresser has shims under it to keep drawers from opening on their own. Doesn't work. In the dark I ran into the open drawer and scraped up my leg about a 3.5" scratch from the corner of the drawer that opened itself. There are some hard shelled black bugs in the room. Idk what they are. There is a gaping hole with the wrong size cover in the bathroom where the plumbing is maintained through. The light shines into the head of the bed into your face, even when the shade is drawn at night from the hallway. When you walk down the hallway it has a lean to the floor that makes you feel like you're going to walk into the glass window.Couch cushion has dark stains on it.Parking is a bummer for most people as their rule is to park across the street in a parking ramp. Fortunately they had Handicapped parking that I could use in the very small parking lot in front of the building.Pros: the staff is nice. The view is incredible! The balcony is dated but I can sit out there and watch the Ocean! And the Dolphins each morning! There is no smells in the halls or room. The room has a lot of space, small apartment feel. Microwave, stove, small fridge, utensils and plates, glasses, silverware and pots and a cake pan. Can buy your own groceries and make your own meals to cut down of meal costs on your trip.Did not try the pool or other amenities. Didn't look appealing.

Johanna at the front desk is by far one of the best. We average 180 nights at resorts and hotels a year, she made check in easy and helped us with all of our questions. The room was great, nice little kitchen, separate rooms with doors, amazing water pressure in the shower. The balcony faces the beach which makes for amazing sunrises.

Worst place I ever stayed in smell bad in the rooms. Kitchenette don't have a full set of pots. Main room got brown Windows like you in jail. Run like hell do not come to this hotel you're not paying for what you should get.

It's a nice place to check out. When there is alot of people you can hear them in the hall way which can get loud. The is nice has a kitchen so if you need a place for an extended period of time or are looking to cook on vacation this is a great spot. The view is amazing.

The location was amazing, the room was very outdated for the area. The hot tub was down our whole time there, but the boardwalk was cool. Loved the jets and helicopters flying over.Rooms: See above, very outdate.Nearby activities: Everything is within walking distance. A lot of cool cheap or free things to do and see.Safety: We both felt very safe, friendly people and very clean and upkept area.Walkability: We walked a lot, very easy to get around.
