I was calling this location because I scheduled an appointment. At the time, I thought I was going to be late for my appointment. Someone finally answered the phone and said, "Everone is busy, this isn't a good time to call. You are going to have to call back." I then proceeded to tell her I had an appointment, and I wanted to let the person know I was running late or if we could do it over the phone. We resolved my issue, but I do not appreciate the attitude I received. If you choose to be in customer service, remember how you want people to treat you. Don't be rude!!!!

My boyfriend went in here to deposit some cash into his bank account this morning. There was an older woman behind the counter who was a bank teller and she asks him what he needs. He says he's here to deposit money. Mind you, he's the ONLY customer in the bank. She says "I can't help you, you're going to have to deposit that into the ATM" then proceeds to talk to her coworker about getting a new cat while she just watches him as he struggles to put 20$ bill by bill into the ATM to deposit. WTH. I DON'T UNDERSTAND. He does not have to use a freaking bank at all, but he does and as a customer he has a right to be serviced. Okay that is all. Good luck lady with your new cat.

Terrible service. I was the only person there and I had about $400 in cash I needed to deposit. The old woman at the counter told me she couldnt help me and that I had to use the ATM. ??!! Since when can a teller not help me deposit my money?Then she sat there, doing nothing, while she talked to her coworker about buying a cat watching me slowly fight the atm to accept $400 in old wrinkled Bill's of low denominations for like 30 minutes.

I’ve been banking with B of A since I went to college in 2007 and this location has to be one of my favorite ones.Norma is an exceptional Relationship Manager. She knew I was going through a lot with some paperwork and she notarized it for me. She treated me very kind and she knows her stuff.She also is going to help me get approved for a home when I am ready!Today I went in for some assistance with fraud. I didn’t get the nice blonde lady’s name who greeted me but she helped with getting a digital card. She also gave me tips on how to avoid it!Thank you to the awesome ladies at this branch for all you do to make customers feel welcomed.

Heather is the SLOWEST teller! She acts like she doesn’t want to be there. And this isn’t the first time. I bank there regularly and when it takes a while, we say “We got Heathered” pick up the pace!!!

5 ? for NormaI have visited lots of bank of america locations from NY, NJ, VA and other locations in the past but never I saw friendly and professional person like Norma she help me in 10 minutes.Ok I went to bank of america in virginia beach blvd and peoples working there told me we can't give you what you ask about it I told them I want to speak with the manager and the manager she said same thing.So I visited this location in independence amd the first person I met was Norma.She did all she can for help me she called customer service and she did great job and I got what I was looking for it.I thanks God because I met NormaNorma she deserve to be manager of all bank of america in virginia beach, we need people like you.Riad algerie

What a great experience I had this morning during my visit at this location! Upon arriving I was kindly welcomed and asked what my needs were. I was just cashing a check and was directed to the tellers. The lady that waited on me was so nice. It makes you feel good when people really seem to know their customers. I LOVE this branch!!!

I love this branch! I always have a great experience when I visit this branch. I am always promptly greeted when I walk through the door with a big smile and an offer of help. As an visitor to the area, I found the staff to be quite friendly and courteous. I was greeted upon entering the bank, something I was not expecting. The staff were attentive to my needs, making the extra effort to assist me when I had a minor issue with the ATM. To sum it up, it was a very pleasant banking experience with great customer service.
