The hours are ridiculous! People work later than 4 pm. Do these bank personnel get paid for 40 hours?? Not opened enough for that

Be prepared to wait a long time if you need to do anything other than make a withdrawal or deposit. Lackluster customer service

Why is the drive through window closed during a pandemic? Seniors have to walk into the bank to make large deposits and expose themselves unnecessary to disease! Bank of America doesn’t care!

Went to this branch the other day to get a notary done and had a great experience. Everyone was nice and professional and really helped to take care of my needs.

Went to this location yesterday because it advertises a drive through. I had to get a large amount of cash for a home repair that the contractor was giving me a cash discount. I drove from Chesapeake to get there and the drive through was closed. There was only one teller working inside, no security guard. Gave the teller the check and requested large bills. She said she would have to give me thousands and thousands of dollars in cash in mixed bills (20's, 50's and 100's). I asked why and she said she did not have enough to give me all large bills. Mind you, this is a BANK and she did not have enough CASH? It took 3 envelopes to give me the "mixed" bills. She did nothing to try and keep my transaction private and instead of sliding me the 3 stuffed envelopes through the counter level door, she put it through the overhead slot so that all 15 people behind me could see how much cash I was getting. As I said, there was no security guard so I had to walk out of the bank hoping that nobody would then follow me out and mug me. I will be moving my account from BOA, this was the final straw. I will also say, that I did go on-line and try and increase the amount of cash I could take out via the ATM but the limit was $1,504.

this location has the worst new hours possible for a bank..the standard work day is 9AM to 5PM and this bank is open 10am-4am and not even open on weekends..not everyone wants to or has the ability to come in during lunch..stop cutting corners and open up at 9AM at the bare minimum and open a few hours on weekends like every other location

This location gives one on one service. I love it. My favorites are Curtis, Tracy, Tammy and Tin. I will drive out my way to bank at this location and with this team.

So today I had plans to drive to my local branch to do some business and ask some questions. When I checked the hours of operation to see when the office would open, I was surprised/dismayed that the branch that has been open on Saturday mornings for years is now closed. Most of the other banks/CUs that I work with are emphasizing their level of personal service, while BOA continues on a path of less. For all intents and purposes, BOA wants to maximize profits by forcing us to use a completely digital platform...computers are cheaper than human beings. You know I've been with BOA for literally decades, and I don't know why I stay with them. I really do need to consider canceling all of my accounts and moving on with some other institution. They continue to take my money, make thousands of dollars off of it, and give me almost nothing in return. Literally, for the most part, all they do for me is give me a place to put my cash assets. I can get that from almost anyone. As a matter of fact, what they actually do is continue to take away more and more of the benefits that used to come with their programs (deposit box anyone?). Their interest rates for savings are an embarrassment and on the opposite side of that coin, their loan rates are higher than most. It appears that overall, the BOA administration has forgotten that the only reason their business exists is because of people like me/us. Maybe it's time.

Line is always excessive, only 2 tellers. The drive thru is closed, but tons of other employees at desks doing nothing. Poorly ran

I had a horrible customer service. One of the staff members was extremely rude. I did not feel comfortable at all.
