I'm currently at the newest location in Kings Grant. I like this stand-alone location not a part of Pet Smart. I used the drop-off appointment for one dog and an in the room appointment for my older, blind dog. Everything went well as the doctors and staff were kind, caring, and skilled.

They handled the end of life for my aged dog and arranged for his cremation for us. They were very compassionate and caring.

I brought my pup here a couple weeks ago for a comprehensive exam and for a bump on her back. They took her to the back for maybe 5 minutes then walked her right back out and the vet assistant told me it was a cyst it would need to be removed in 6 months when I schedule her for a teeth cleaning, that the vet suggested i upgrade my wellness plan and that I was checked out and that was it no other information on how she was doing nothing. The vet didn't even take the time to come out and talk to me. This was the first time ever where the veterinarian didn't talk to me after a visit.

Had to put my 13 yr old Lab, Chip down two weeks ago. Banfield was very good at what is very hard to do from making the appointment with Kat, & the euthanasia with Dr.Kite & his assistant, Kelly that must be hard for them. Dr.Kite explains everything he was doing very professionally, to put me more at ease, it's not my first time having to do this, Chip was my fourth lab, not easy to bring him to his last appointment, but the people at Banfield made me feel comfortable with the whole appointment.

The hospital provides fairly good service it's the pet care program that you have to sign up for that's the problem.You CAN'T cancel it so you are stuck in the program until your year runs out or you have to pay to get out of it. It would be nice to know this up front that you are stuck in their pet care program. Read the online reviews before you commit!!!

I have been taking my dogs here for years. I have always had a good experience with the doctors. I do feel like they are very quick to test for anything and everything, which to me just screams money! However, the only reason I won’t give 5 stars is because it’s very hard, nearly impossible to get a same day visit, which really sucks when your pet is dealing with an emergency situation.

The woman answering calls had no customer service and clearly doesn't know the services banfield provides at this location. I called to ask if allergy testing was offered and if so the price. The woman says she thinks they do and then I asked her the price she said it depends and that its really expensive. How is that a answer. How hard is it to find out if it is offered and then give me a price. It's not I have a member for years and never this issue when calling. She needs to be trained.

This Banfield location has the most amazing staff! My cat of nine years passed away a month ago, so I had taken him in for the cremation service! The worse feeling ever is losing a pet, but I want to send out a special thank you to KAT for everything she has done! She is an amazing person, and she made me feel better by her kindness! Please let her know what an outstanding person she is!

If your dog is actually sicc this is not the place only shots any other stuff you can do at home frfr it's not worth it unless you're lazy then is great
