Sometimes, small acts of kindness and understanding goes a long way. I just returned from an 8 month deployment where my car sat in the same spot which in turn drained the battery…my car was dead. When I finally jumped my car (same day I returned), I rushed over to AutoZone on Holland Rd with just 15 mins to spare. By the time I drove to the shop, there were only 2 minutes until closing time. Of course I expected that the store would be closed. In fact, many businesses shut their doors a few minutes before closing time, but this store was open. Mr Purnell and Mr Carl, the two customer service reps there, were getting ready to close when I ran in. Thankfully they sacrificed time where they could have been heading home in order to assist me. They really helped me out a lot, sold me and brand new battery, and even installed it for me in under 10 minutes. Thanks to the extra time that they took, I am now able to drive my car to the dealership to get it serviced at an early morning appointment as well as show up to duty the following day. Highly recommend this location and these two gentleman for superior customer service.

Kalah was a wonderful help she helped me charge up my battery and also stood in the cold to insert it back into the vehicle correctly definitely helped me save a couple hundred bucks for a new one when it wasn’t needed. Great customer highly recommend her and her team! Thank you!

I've been coming here for over 10 years, this is the only autozone I've never had issues with. I buy the wrong stuff all the time and they always return it without hassling me then help find what I actually need. Kalah personally spent time searching for the right parts I needed when I wasn't really sure...and she's always been nice and professional which is pretty helpful after dealing with issues elsewhere all day...if you look at my other reviews I'm not scared to call out a company for being out of line or trash and I recommend this place personally. I'm not exactly sure about the other reviews, I have several tattoos and drive a lifted dodge....lol why a manager of a auto repair shop is relying on autozone employees to guide her in the correct direction is a little strange....this is why I don't take my car to random shops lmao.

There was a female manager on duty, I entered the store I said good morning, she was publicly scolding an employee she was clearly supposed to be training. She growled can I help you so I said good morning again. The employee was so polite, professional and personable. I wish I would've seen her name. I WILL NOT go back to that store because of the lack of proper management. She went on to say how they were getting on her nerves IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. This took place Saturday, 30 Sept . in the morning.

The staff was very helpful. The store manager and the associate were incredibly nice. Customer service at its finest. It’s a lost art but these ladies still know how to keep a customer coming back.

I’m not one to usually complain about an automotive business because I manage a mechanic repair shop however, this location is horrible. I attempted to return a starter today after they sent us one for an automatic vehicle instead of the manual that I requested. I had the part, and the valid receipt. I simply asked that the funds be retired to the original payment method. They completely did the return, took the part and tagged it and then moved me to another computer. When I was asked for the card I explained that I just wanted it sent back like usual. Apparently in the last 2 days their company policy has changed. I was basically treated like a criminal, several team members came over to the register to comment on the amount and to imply that I was in someway stealing. I asked for my receipt and part back so that I could come back when I had the correct business debit card. I walked outside where a store associate followed me to my car and stood in my door asking for a sticker they placed on my part. I have never in my life been treated as if I was a criminal just because I have tattoos and I was completely profiled based on my appearance. I will never come back to this location again nor will I ever allow any of our customers to utilize this location for parts.

The morning manager of this Saturday is extremely disrespectful. I came back to get my money back since they sold me a totally dead battery and the woman doesn't even know how to say hello, she said "what's up" and thinking she was talking to me I responded and without any need she told me "I wasn't talking to you". I know you guys have great customer service but she doesn't represent you at all. Neither thanks nor bye. Nothing.
