Beach, Virginia provided the most excellent and most professional customer service anyone could ever ask for… I had two tires that had screws in my tires and were leaking enough air on a daily basis that they needed to be repaired immediately!!! Sean set me up with Michael, “Tire Specialist and Extraordinaire” who also displayed professionalism and great customer service!!! Michael got me in and out in a very quick and timely manner. I highly recommend Sean and Michael at this location, if you want to be treated like a VIP… Great experience, I will continue to patronize this location for any and all of my tire needs in the future…”

“Brought my Grasshopper mower starter in today. It has been slow starting and sometimes just wouldn't start at all. It was analyzed very quickly and repaired with new brushes and a solenoid. These guys are the best at what they do and they do it for a fair price. All customer service company's need to provide service like Brownings and we would all be a lot better off....Obviously, I totally recommend them for any starter/alternator repairs. You will be pleasantly pleased with their work......”

We called Rayalls and he got us right in. He communicated with us every step of the way and fixed our broken fuel pump in only a few hours. “This shop is amazing!!!! They did an amazing job fixing my Tesla!!! Not only did they fix my Tesla within a short amount of time they surprised me with a vacuumed and washed car!!! My baby looks brand new! I’m pleased with this location and actually rather use them than Tesla own service center. I had 3 cracks in my windshield and they didn’t have appts but they went ahead and order my windshield and called me when it got there where as Teslas own service center wouldn’t even do that for me and there soon available was Oct 15 just to look at it and then order the windshield which wud have put me over a month driving like that!
These people are the collision center for Tesla but they get u in quicker and work with you better than Tesla service center!!!! Will recommend highly.”

You always hear that woman get upcharged at Car places but not at this place? Meineke told me it would be around $500+ to replace my Muffler and it was under $200 Here. Thank you Dustin and his team!”

Always was quick to fixing issues on our vehicles and would tell us the truth of what NEEDED to be fixed and what could wait or just simply didn’t matter. “This is a unique garage with a lotta soul. Run by men native to the area, this is a mom and pop garage that KNOWS THEIR STUFF. They will explain to you what needs to be done and give you a fair and reasonable price for the work. Jodi is the second generation owner (been in business since 1953) and the inside is full of a lifetime of memories. They've got couches, a pot of coffee and toys for kiddos. I recommend if you would like a personal touch with a local business where you're not going to be treated like a number to go to Cavalier Garage. You're going to get taken care of.”

“I don't even know where to start. Jim, like all the reviews say goes above and beyond with customer service. I have a 2014 genesis coupe that i just knew had problems. Took it to two different places, one lied and told me it was the radiator fan, the other place told me twice there's nothing wrong. Trust me, i know my car! Its my baby and ive always taken care of it. Jim was the last stop and with a 10 minute phone call with him my suspicions were confirmed, blown head gasket. I gave him the go ahead with the fix after he gave the quote and sent me pictures of all the parts he was putting into it, and all the things he was seeing wrong with the car. He must've had that engine picked apart in 2 hours, it was quick. Sent it to the machine shop, and 3 days later it was ready for pickup. Wow! It's because of this place, i get to continue driving my beloved genesis, as these cars are slowly dying off and becoming museum pieces. But not mine. Mine lives on!”

“I took my Escape into CB because the ignition switch they replaced a couple months ago wasn't working correctly. When I took the key out of the ignition and opened the door the chime would sound as if the key was still in the ignition. Not only that, the doors would not lock either. The only way to make it work was too tap on the ignition switch with my finger tip until the switch moved back into the cylinder. They texted me to let me know they were finished and I could come pick up my car. When I got there I was told the new ignition switch they previously installed had no lubrication in it. They took it apart, cleaned it up and lubricated it and the issue was resolved. THERE WAS NO CHARGE TOO ME FOR THEIR WORK!
