One of these trucks just went down a one way street the wrong way on my street and ran over a road sign without stopping. I tried calling this business with no answer.

On of their trucks was rolling down my one way street the wrong way and then went over a street sign without stopping. I tried to stop the vehicle and I tried calling the company and got no answer. I can clearly see they have integrity here.

This is our fifth move with Donna and her team of superstars!!! They are the most efficient, considerate and careful team of movers, as well as friendly, polite and kind while working their butts off. Not sure when our next move will be, but it will definitely be with this company and Donna's team!!

My 70 inch tv was busted upon delivery and my brand new motorized couch is missing the motor. So now I am unable to recline it. I filled out the claims form over a month ago and have yet to hear back. I sure am glad we have a bed room tv. They did not deliver on set date and was late. Took it upon themselves to pick a date without asking with me to deliver. Would not recommend. For the amount of money I paid service could be a lot better. I do understand these things happen but a month with no reply. I just moved my sister across country as well as myself and we went with a different company. It was well worth the extra 1000$ paid. If you like things broken, terrible customer service and waiting 1 month plus just to hear any kind of update on said broken items this is the company for you!

Arrived 10 min early, exceptionally polite, team worked hard and steadily, was very responsive to questions and placement requirements, left no marks on newly painted wall and new carpet, was very helpful in recording inventory and identifying dings. Excellent service overall. Any damage seemed more due to packing than delivery handling.

The posting from 3 years ago had to be written by one of our jealous competitors. We have been in business for over 100 years and have never had an issue as the one that was posted. If anyone would ever like a referral from one of our happy customers I will be glad to connect you with a valid person that we have provided service to. Please do not pay attention to the negative comment written by one of our competitors, perhaps they can come to our next training day and learn how moving is supposed to be done...
