Everyone at Aspen Va Beach Blvd location is so nice and so caring. They are a great team and the dentist I had (Dr Pella) is very knowledgeable and gentle.

Went to aspen in Florida (great experience ) moved back to VA 2 almost 3 years ago and I just got in to an aspen here . They don’t answer the phone no matter which location I called . Called multiple and I mean multiple times over the years. The only reason I physically went into one was because I had no choice my dentures broke and I had no choice. Paid to get them fix and pick up the next day. The next day comes around and I got to pick them up . They have me make sure the dentures fit and felt good before I left . Which is great but the part I didn’t like is that I had to do that all from the lobby no privacy but the bathroom . Had to openly discuss and show my dentures to everyone in the room basically …. Thanks . Now I already have an insanely crazy fear of the dentist so this definitely didn’t put me at ease at all . Anyways long story short I’ll never return to aspen dental

I made an appointment online for the very next day! The appointment went very went a lot better than anticipated. I signed up for the savings plan which was applied to my total...Wow.... Great savings! Everyone I spoke with during my appointment were extremely helpful in explaining the whole process. Dr. Pella layed out a very detailed plan for my implants and the Office Manager, Ms. Penelope, had all the loose ends tied up in very short order. You too will be pleased with your visit!?

So upset that I trusted this office with taking care of my teeth. So disappointed. Quick to take my money, but the service left me balling in tears after I paid for DEEP SEDATION to put me to sleep. Think they listened? Nope! Felt EVERYTHING. SO TRAUMATIZED and don't bother calling the after hours line, even in pain, you get no help there either!

Every time I’ve gone to this Aspen Dental has been a great experience. Especially for it being a dental clinic. As I’m sure it’s not only me but I get just a wee bit apprehensive when heading to get my teeth taken care of. But they are great. From the dentists to the front reception, everyone is so nice and patient. They make me feel relaxed every single time and now I’m not so paranoid about the situation. Lol. So thank you very much to everyone who works there for creating a calm and as relaxing as possible experience.

I'm very pleased with Aspen Dental because they have such outstanding customer service! Always friendly faces and the willingness to go over and beyond the call of duty for their clients. Today I had my teeth cleaned and thanks to Riley Andrew's exceptional service I feel and 100 percent better! Aspen Dental needs to give her an standing ovation because she is awesome! Special thanks and much appreciation to the entire staff because it's hard to find this level of service anywhere these days.

I want to say that Dr. Riley did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and gums. I recommend her because she has very precise hands. I received several injections in my gums and I didn't feel any. This doctor is amazing and I recommend her to anyone who needs a deep dental cleaning, she also has a very attentive personality and treated me excellent, thank you , you're an angel. 5 stars !Atte. The staff at Aspen Dental we're most accommodating. From the receptionist, who gave me directions, the X-ray technician, the dentist to the hygienist. I found them personable, yet professional.I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to family and friends.

I recently got a pair of new dentures from Aspen Dental, and I must say I'm a bit disappointed with them. A previous set of dentures I got from a different dentist were actually shaped like teeth, so you could grind your food with them. The molars of the dentures I got from Aspen dental are flat, so I can't grind my food very well with them. It was a down-grade I was rather sad to see despite the good reviews I had read. I paid roughly the same amount of money, too, so that was very sad as well.

Aspen Dental is absolutely a bit sketchy! I have two insurance plans that cover my dental services at 100%. I went in for treatment and was told that I needed to pay out of pocket. I told the office manager and the girl at the front desk that I have full coverage and should not have to pay anything upfront. They insisted that if I wanted to be seen I had to pay. Reluctantly, I did. I told them that I would be expecting a refund of my out of pocket costs and that taking my money was wrong! They assured me that once my insurance processed the claim a refund would be issued. It has now been 8 months and I'm out my money! They received payment in full from my insurance company, as well as me! I went in to speak with the office manager today and basically she said that she was unable to help me! That they had a system crash and and all information was lost. That corporate is trying to recover the data. I said wait..that is not my problem. You all have been paid twice for the services. A refund should have been issued immediately upon receipt of the second payment from my Insurance company! She said sorry, can't help you. So I am out the money that I paid them, Aspen collected twice and is a ripoff!!!! Steer clear unless you want to get screwed! I also believe that they upcoded unnecessary services in order to obtain a higher reimbursement. I should have trusted my gut instinct!

Highly advise against using them. They cancelled my appointment because I missed their call by a literal 30 seconds. Then they offer me an appointment 40 days later. Terrible customer treatment, taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.

Aspen does not care about the patient unless they are actively getting money from them.This Virginia Beach office receptionist staff is quite literally THE WORST and no one seems to care.Do not believe them when they tell you anything because I've caught the receptionist in numerous lies.

Updated: Let’s just say I’ve finally left and sought out a new dental office. When they asked me where have I been going, I said Aspen dental. The doctor and the dental hygienist made faces and shook their head. Clearly Aspen has a bad reputation. I wish I had know before all of the bad service, money blown and time wasted on this place.
