“I arrived at Joann Fabric minutes before close. After rushing through traffic to get there, I was stressed I wouldn’t make it or I would upset staff desperate to leave close to their off time. Instead, I was greeted warmly by two happy faces :) Cassie felt my urgency and immediately asked me what I needed. I said, “black out fa” - before I could finish she spun on her heels and lead me to what I needed but better!! She took the time to ask about my requirements, my dimensions, and worked it all out for me! We chatted as she unrolled and cut the fabric by HAND because the device was down. She was the kind of expert we all hope to run into when we are insecure about a project! When I tried to help her fold, a total failure, she spun that messy mound of fabric into a neat pile in seconds. Heading to the front, Morgan and Cassie chatted casually and professionally checked me out with the best discount available. I wasn’t even concerned with the price. They made the experience so calm and efficient, I would have paid more for the products! Joann Fabric, pay these ladies more. They make your store high end!
