Post online if you’re opening late, drove 30 minutes out and now been waiting for an hour and a half for y’all to open at 12 and it’s past 12. Keep watching people go up to the locked door confused because it says y’all would be open at 12 and it’s still not.

Nice people but slow and disorganized which causes concern in regards of the serious testing they are responsible for. I would recommend to try to find a different location for your needs.

It is my opinion that this is the most unprofessional group. I believe they are falsifying records to make a profit and selling your information to a third party. I have no proof. Someone needs to audit this company.

Great, I needed a PCR covid test next day for my flight and Arcpoint didn't disappoint. Process was easy and everything went smoothly. I'd recommend them if you need to get a quick test for travel! Nice workers too.

We paid a premium the RT-PCR test ($370 per) to satisfy the requirements of our flight, with results promised in 4-5 hours. Here we are 24 hours later, no results, and our travel plans disrupted. No one answers the phone, nor do they appear to return emails. I guess we’ll wait… so frustrated.

Very satisfied overall, however they not accepting any insurance. Done 2 trips to Africa this year. 1st trip I went to Washington to pick up son's passport, had the flight next day did covid pcr test in Washington for all 4 family members didn't pay a dime everything claimed from insurance , however with Arc to receive same day results it's almost 300$. Coming back had to pay for another test in total covid tests together was equivalent to a ticket from DC to Doha return. It's too much way too much. They can really lower their price.

Not only did they have the test I needed immediately, but their customer service is excellent. I had questions a few times and received expedited responses.

I went there on 12/21 for a rapid test. They were very professional, friendly, and convenient. My test results came back within an hour, stating that I tested positive. In going to the hospital for treatment, all follow up testing confirmed this to be a false positive! The ARC test was not accurate. The inaccuracy of their testing created a very stressful day, extra time, and extra costs.

I had a COVID PCR test here recently. They were the only place offering same-day results within two hours of my house and I needed quick results for a upcoming trip. I had the test in the afternoon and had my results back by email in about two hours. I was impressed with how fast and professional everything was. I will use them again if I need another test. The test was pain free and easy, no issues at all!
