Since we had no warranty to worry about voiding we went ahead and tried a small spot of Brasso on the top of the fixture and it polished up nicely. Thank you for reaching back out to provide assistance.Bought brass light fixtures for our island about 17 months ago. Called today to confirm care instructions because I don’t want to damage them while cleaning (they look like they are starting to tarnish). Rep in VB stated that they were likely not brass, just sprayed to look that way. No way to look up my order, no warranty after a year and if I could remove my light from the ceiling I could likely find the brand inside the electrical housing and look up the care instructions myself. I explained that if, in fact, they are not brass, and this is a permanent state of deterioration of the fixture that would be horrible since these were really expensive; she chuckled and offered no assistance/explanation. Not the customer service one might expect after paying $3k for two light fixtures. Definitely not the quality you’d expect either.”

They carry quality parts such as Delta, Kohler and Moen. One of my parts was shipped and arrived overnight. I would recommend and ask for Jamie.”

“This Home Depot is the closest to my house. That's why I come here a lot. Service is sometimes great and then sometimes staff ignore you when you need help. But They usually have what I need. Their plants are definitely over priced and I go other places for that but I shop there all the time. I'm only deducting one point for high price plants because 6 dollars for a tiny parsley is ridiculous. I absolutely hate bad service. Like I said you get good service sometimes too. So to sum it all up. Make sure you look at he prices of everything and speak up if you need help. Always show kindness”

I'm least concerned by all the warm and fuzzy feelings shoppers get from their favorite retailers. Home Depot is my go to choice for materials, yes their lumber mostly sucks like every other budget retailer, my answer to that is lumber order it out when the budget supports it. My point is as a rule of thumb Home Depot has a good selection of lumber and materials at a reasonable price. Their staff are reasonably knowledgeable for the wage they receive. I recommend this Home Depot.”

“Wow! What can I say? Graham was our sales associate and he was awesome! My husband and I were lost on picking a tv and a laptop and he was so knowledgeable about everything we asked! And his patience was impeccable. We are not that tech savvy but he helped us understand everything he was teaching us about. We will definitely shop only at this location, because we know if Graham is there, we’ll get the assistance we need. We got an 85 inch Sony and a new hp touchscreen laptop that was in our price range . We also loved that Graham showed us items that were out of our price range and in, because he just wanted to compare and show us the difference but also let us know that even if we had to go with the lesser option.. that he would make sure we got the best option! “I know, it's sometimes hard to give 5 stars to a store that everyone goes to out of need - that need for that caulk or bolt or light bulb to replace a burnt out one. Sometimes we don't think about customer service at a place where necessity drives the customers to the place, rather than whim or special occasions such as a department store or a fancy restaurant. And most of the time people just are happy that a store like Home Depot just has the item in stock. But I've had a couple of incidents where the service has been wonderful so here goes my 5 star rating. One night at around 8:30 when everyone's winding down for the day getting ready for the next , I decided it was great time to avoid the hot humid weather and the large crowds to buy bags of garden soil, top soil and mulch. Just have to get my new beds ready for fall planting! The garden center gates were closed, lights were dim and as expected, there wasn't anyone tending the garden center. I asked service desk to page someone to help me with the bags of soil and mulch. Not only was there someone who helped me load them in my cart, they even waited for me to pay for them and walked me to my car and loaded the bags - no requests needed - now that's customer needs anticipation and service! Then just last night I decided I couldn't make 4 trips to buy more than 25 bags of soil, mulch and gravel. So decided to order online for next day delivery. They indicated the merchandise will be delivered any time from 6am to 8pm. A truck came at 10:30am. A polite young man asked if it was the right address and where he can unload the items. He was very efficient, laid the bags very neatly by the driveway. I am not sure if the gentleman is a contractor for Home Depot or an employee - but service was wonderful. I recommend Home Depot's delivery service for $35 - well worth the gas, the mileage and the time it takes to go into store, have your car loaded for several trips!”

“I'm in this place more than I'd like to admit to, but I have to say that the customer service has always been excellent, friendly and for the most part...knowledgeable. I've never had an issue with my purchases and more recently I purchased carpet, pad and installation for my home. The crews were fast, courteous, professional and did the job beautifully. All-in-all it is my preferred place to go for all my house projects AND starting at the beginning of January they will start registering military personnel's phone numbers for the 10% discount offered.”
