“I've lived here for several years. The folks in the office are super awesome. Maintenance stays on top of everything. The grounds and common areas are clean and well- maintained. I do delivery to a lot of complexes all over the area and there aren't many of this higher standard.”

“From start to finish the leasing and move in process was excellent. Alicia has excellent communication skills, was efficient, and executed all agreements with tremendous attention to detail. She coordinated use of the loading dock for a seamless move in and arranged an on-site storage unit for me as well. Thank you for displaying such professional customer service.”
“I just moved in 2 weeks ago. My first maintenance issue was with the sink and toilet backing up. Once I contacted the office, maintenance knocked on my door shortly there after and fixed my garbage disposal and the water pressure in the toilet. Very quick, friendly, and professional service.??”
“In my experience this place is great. Neighborhood is relatively quiet, lots of shops near by, the ladies in the office are always so welcoming and answer your questions to the best of their ability. Not too far from the base for any military personnel looking to rent. Any complaints I have is just what comes with living in an apartment, not to many parking options and every once in a while you’ll hear a neighbor through the wall but regardless, they really treat you well here. I have enjoyed my stay here, and if I choose to return it would be a pleasure.”
“Rose Hall is a lovely community! It's quiet, conveniently located and the staff is awesome. The grounds are kept in great condition, the gym is very nice and neighbors are respectful. The screened in porch is a huge plus!”

“Nicole and her staff are superb property managers. Yes - the building is one of the oldest at the oceanfront but it is an iconic historic landmark. Everyone complaining about how bad this place is hasn't really rented at other units. Don't be afraid by the review. Great location. Great layout. Great staff.”
“When we came to the site driving in looks beautiful and clean, and I really enjoyed the place. Everyone was really nice and helpful.I really like it there it's nice peaceful and I hope we can move in and be part of the community. We just moved Virginia Beach and need to find a nice place to live where I can walk my dog. The dog park omg loved it”

“When I walked into Silver Hill, I didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I walked through the door, everything was positive. It was clean, the tenants were all so nice and inviting. They have bible study, they have coffee each morning, with a breakfast small breakfast on Fridays. They have a library with two computers that you can use. There’s a gate that makes walking to the Food Lion shopping center so convenient. There’s lots of trees on the grounds. I can’t wait to see the crape myrtles in bloom in the spring. But the best gem is Stephanie. She is everything to that facility. She met us with kindness and professionalism. I truly felt like I had made a new friend by the time I left. Her enthusiasm for the place has made me so excited for my brother to start living at Silver Hill.
