In tow with my college daughter we browsed. No one approached me, but possibly my daughter was asked as she was actively shopping. The store presented nicely.
I got a few smiles from staff and the variety was more than expected. So good experience overall. We ended up walking out empty handed.

While this store is beautiful it’s just too small and doesn’t have nearly enough to justify having the store, especially for the large population it serves.

This place was PACKED for Black Friday and I needed some help as I was shopping for my sisters Christmas gift. The sales team was really helpful, which I appreciated seeing as I had a lot of questions and they were busy. Anyway, I felt like a fish out of water as a guy in this store, and the entire team made me feel at home. They had a few Black Friday specials that they did a good job of promoting! I noticed a previous review about being discouraged with the level of customer service when the manager interjected to promote a deal/sale to the customer...That's odd, right? Wouldn't you be more annoyed if you got home and realized the promotion wasn't offered to you? Anyway, as a retail employee, I know it's tough to win on a day like Black Friday. And this team was busy and crushing it! I was also able to get the dinnerware set that my sister wanted for her holiday party in a few weeks! Great experience all around!

I went in there with my wife as she was looking to get a few things. It was the Saturday after black Friday and the place looked immaculate. The sales team was great. They provided us with help by answering a few questions and pointingt us in the right direction. While my wife didnt find what she was looking for we were treated with respect and in a very friendly manner.

Service was great . The manager came up and interjected something about % off bundling. The salesperson responded, I know. The manager said we missed one and hijacked the register from her. No excuse me , no hi , no pardon me. The manager obviously needs guest service training. ? The new normal service level.

I had to post my experience on here because it was above and beyond! I reached out to the VA Beach Anthro through the BHLDN store near me looking for a replacement 2nd wedding dress. I was a MESS since I was just told my original dress wouldn’t be ready in time. Kylika was AMAZING, so sweet, so helpful and listened to me vent! She made the process so easy and even helped me find the dress I wanted!!! She went above and beyond, even including this overly cute little card and gift. I can’t get over how great yesterday was with her- thank you Kylika, you are amazing!!!

Yesterday was our 1st visit to this business and I absolutely loved the garments and the housewares. As my daughter & I browsed we notice 10 mins into our visit we were never acknowledged by any of the employees who walked by us being the only 2 black women in the store. So as we continued to browse I noticed another pair of black women and I asked them if anyone had acknowledged them as well and their response was "No".

One of my favorite boutiques. Lovely dresses and other bohemian accessories and items for the chic but never trendy. You get what you pay for; these aren’t the tossed garments thrown together at Target or the left overs, the couldn’t sell downscale designs at Ross.

I had to post my experience on here because it was above and beyond! I reached out to the VA Beach Anthro through the BHLDN store near me looking for a replacement 2nd wedding dress. I was a MESS since I was just told my original dress wouldn’t be ready in time. Kylika was AMAZING, so sweet, so helpful and listened to me vent! She made the process so easy and even helped me find the dress I wanted!!! She went above and beyond, even including this overly cute little card and gift. I can’t get over how great yesterday was with her- thank you Kylika, you are amazing!!!

Anthropologie has been my staple store for beautiful unique sweaters and coats and their comforters are to sink into. Yes items are tad pricey but well worth it; especially when they're on sale!The quality of their clothes is top notch - not flimsy polyester but thick cotton, or rich wool or whatever materials that last through many laundry cycle. Some are of delicate lace and appliqués and ruffles and everything nice. The style are classic with flair of trendy colors and materials. They also carry unique self-care and beauty and jewelry items.You just got to see the items they carry - then you know why am hooked...!
