My husband dropped off an expensive tie in perfect condition and they ripped a seam. They put a tag on it saying it was recieved damaged. They lied. He watched them inspect the tie and examine the material tag where the damage occurred and there was no damage. They eventually repaired the seam, but ruined the edge crease when they pressed it. For weeks, they tried to fix it, then gave up. Gave him the name of an area manager who does not return calls. They are a rip off. Go elswhere...anywhere.

TERRIBLE. Ruined an $80 tie, then put a note on it that said it came in damaged. After much haggling, they repaired the torn seam, but ruined the edges of the tie when they pressed it. Asked for a name and number of someone to complain to and seek reimbursement. They don`t return calls. DO NOT USE THEM!

This place is the worst. I always got my clothes back with multiple broken buttons. Sometimes they managed to replace them, but when they did they replaced them with tiny buttons so my shirts were always popping open. I asked why they can’t be more careful and the girl behind the counter said, “that’s what happens with dry cleaning” Complete BS. I’ve been getting shirts dry cleaned for my entire adult life and this is the only place that regularly (I mean every time) breaks buttons. To replace them with tiny buttons only adds insult to injury. Do better!

Worst cleaners ever!!!We have had multiple issues with this cleaners & because it was convenient I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. However even a patient person has limits, I took 5 shirts & a pair of pants in to be cleaned. Sadly they were all brand new from Jos. A. Banks. Never even worn.They ruined, had black marks all over the front, of the shirts. Like I said I gave them the benefit of the doubt & returned them. They said they thought they could get the stains out & make them look good as new.This process took two months. I had to stop in every few days to see if they were done as no one even bothered to call & let me know. TWO Months of excuses!!!Then finally I got the shirts back one was cleaned & looked good. The second still had a few stains left but were low enough to not show when tucked in, so I accepted this one. A half hearted we are sorry was given but nothing else!! The 3rd shirt was ruined & still had stains on it, although it looked like they tried to clean, it was just not acceptable. They made me fill out paperwork & kept the shirt. Gave me no receipt just tookmy phone number & a promise to call. Yeah right!!!Once again— stopping in every week or so for 10 weeks waiting for a phone call or a check!!!! I called managers, regional managers & were given half hearted excuses of not having paperwork etc.Needless to say— I now have no shirt, no reimbursement & no communication from anyone except to waste my time calling & badgering them almost daily! No one taking any responsibility or even saying they were sorry!Absolutely unacceptable customer service!Plus they cannot press a suit properly to save their lives!!! Even after being told how it should be done! Pants (3of them)that were lost, luckily these were eventually found but, again, no apologies or explanation given.At least twice I tried to pick up cleaning & the store was closed at a time it was supposed to be open per the posted hours.Needless to say, I will not be going here again & strongly advise anyone else to stay away at all cost!! And it seems to not be just this store as I had the same experience with managers on a regional level as well. No customer sense service at all.

Only reason I am giving this location a 3 is because I have requested numerous times to fix the front door and falling ceiling tiles. Chrissy is great, a real asset. She gives 5 star service to everyone. Seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere due to the total lack of consideration given to customer feedback. I made a complaint about this several months ago.A sticking door that is hard for most people to open is an easy repair. Does anyone at Albano care? They sure like taking my money every week.
