Affordable Auto & Truck
I have had a great experience with Affordable Auto & Truck. I messaged Jeff inquiring about the 2014 Acura MDX and her replied in a few hours. I went out to the dealership Monday morning to look at the vehicle. Jeff came out with the keys and asked if I wanted to look at the inside. The vehicle was clean well kept and and I was convinced I needed to take it for a spin. Jeff must have read my mind because he asked if I wanted to test drive. He put some tags on it and I took it for a spin. When I got back I knew it was the ride for me. Jeff and his partner are were very professional but also very personable. Easy to talk to and very detailed when going over paperwork. I look forward to picking up my new car on Friday and will be recommending them to all my people.

Hands-down best dealership ever, Jeff was so patient with me and understanding, I really felt well taken care of during the buying process and he really looks out for his customers. You can't find hospitality this good anywhere else, I will definitely only be coming here from now on!!

Not only did we find the perfect 4Runner within our budget, the whole process was complete in a fraction of the time experienced at most dealerships. Jeff was friendly and professional. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I typically buy new cars because as a young man, I had some really bad experiences with the smaller independent used car dealers, but this was definitely different. I immediately felt like they take pride in the cars that they sell, and in creating long term relationships with their customers. I was out to buy a car for my daughter and when I first arrived on the lot, Jeff noticed some minor damage on the front of my vehicle. He immediately said, we work with a guy who is really good and if you want, I can give you his number because he will do a great job at a really good price. Interesting…. then when we showed interest in a Jeep, he got me the keys and said, take it for a ride, no questions asked. Hmm… when we came back and said we liked it, he showed me the carfax report and told me how he and his partner, …forgive me for not remembering his name…, are meticulous in how they select vehicles to buy and with the effort they put into making it ready for resale. It was comforting to hear, given that I generally start with a lack of trust when buying cars.
The paperwork was fast and efficient and they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t want or need. He made it a point to tell me that if there were any issues, they will go out of their way to make it right, because they live in this community too, and value the relationships that they make. I can honestly say that the next time I want to buy a vehicle, new or used, I will start with them, because I feel they are people that I can trust.

Where do I begin? I was in the market for a vehicle and I probably looked everywhere and no luck. I actually stopped by this shop before and both gentlemen treated me well and didn't feel like salesmen but genuine good people. I'm not sure if it was the business card but they treated me so good that it actually brought me back. I recently purchased a very well maintained Volkswagen Jetta through them. The timing was perfect because I was in the market for a good reliable vehicle for awhile. All the reviews are spot on and trust me if you go there you will leave with a ride for sure. Id like to personally thank them for all their help, they are the best at what they do!

We had been looking for a clean, affordable, reliable vehicle for our 16 year old daughter.
