On February the 6th, I attended a senior driving class, and I left my sunglasses on the floor. I received a call on my cell the next day and since It was late in the day, I said I would pick it up the next day. I was pleasantly surprised because my glasses were cleaned and placed inside of an envelope with my name on it. Now that is.what I called service!!!!! I also enjoyed the class also, the teacher was great. Keep up the good work!!!

10/23/2023 Pulled up and sat in his truck for 30 minutes while I changed the tire. Never got out, never introduced himself, never made ANY effort to assist. Operator tried to tell me there was some confusion. No, we are in a tiny parking lot @ Camelot tobacco food mart, the only vehicles were my truck and and the red Dodge, that had 2 service calls reported that we were changing the tire on. He just didn’t give a damn. Save your $$$

Went to AAA to get an EZpass. The wait for very short, the service was good and the employees were professional and kind. It was a quick process and relaxing environment. The only thing I would recommend is that the employees were a little more interactive with customers while they were sitting in front of them. It was the lady's first time doing any EZpass herself (guessing she is a newer employer), but she was kind and apologized for the wait while the surpvisor assisted.

Give Robbie a raise. It took 4 calls to get a confident answer from the tidewater aaa so you might to keep him there for the sake of customer retention. The woman I spoke to about my issue asked me what I wanted her to do about it as if I were bothering her on the street. The guy before her lied and said the department he answered the phone for wouldn’t be open for another hour. A mess.

I needed assistance booking a trip so I went into the office for help. Ashley was incredibly amazing in being patient, knowledgeable, and getting us set up! This office is definitely a fantastic resource for travel and ticket needs.

Haven't used aaa in awhile. Didn't realize you can't get your car towed if the tags are bad. I've had them tow things in the past for less . Why do I have this service if I can't use it. So now I have to spend more money or drive illegally to get my car home. Thanks for nothing aaa.

After submitting a request online for auto insurance on09/23/22 I got a call from Kandis on 09/24/2022, giving additional information that was needed and I'm still waiting a call back. So, if you're wanting for a call back don't wait for Kandis to be a woman of her word, because I still haven't gotten a call back yet. I just went with someone else.

AAA is an anachronism that has outlived any usefulness. You no longer need their paper maps. Your car insurance probably provides towing. They no longer offer currency exchange. The discounts at hotels and elsewhere are a joke. All they do is sell insurance. Stop paying them year after year for something of no value.

Your car care center in Chesapeake is horrible. I spent hundreds of dollars and the check engine light is still on. My wife loved AAA and she was a member. Based on her experience I went to the AAA car care center expecting honest good work. I got the opposite. Your car care center is horrible and you are too. No management team would allow this to go on unless they agreed and approved that poor performance was desired. At best they are totally incompetent most likely they are cheating the customer. If you can't fix this then the entire executive management team and the immediate manager of that shop should be removed. You should be ashamed. Don't you audit the shops performance? Do you care about AAA's reputation? SHAME SHAME SHAME!

I just switched car insurance last Friday, from Geico, who after many years went up pretty high on my rates. For me anyway. So I called around & I eventually found AAA Insurance on VB Blvd. Lisa Arnold who was just the kindest person that could have helped me. She did get me better rates & I thank her. She took her time & just made the experience very easy. She doesn't rush you nor does she force you into anything, like some tried. She is just kind & knows her business. Thank you very much Lisa Arnold, I hope a lot of people will call or come to you for their Insurance needs. They won't go wrong.

Battery replaced twice in four months.. I wish I could provide five stars with this review, but I couldn't because of the corporate response to my problem. First, I want to send a BIG SHOUT OUT to our technician, Nasheun Akridge!! He was fantastic! He arrived within 10 minutes of my call. He was so polite and explained everything he was doing while checking the battery for a proper charge. If I was in this business, I would do my best to steal him away and work with my company.The AAA corporate response to my battery failing after four months was very poor. AAA said they would not honor the warranty because my wife didn't drive the car very much since the last replacement four months ago! She drove it about 5,000 miles. I have never heard of this logic. They also asked me how long I have been a member... Should that matter? If I was a member of 25 years instead of 12, would they have honored the warranty? I think their batteries may be defective or old and they are losing too much money, justifying their internal corporate reason for not honoring the warranty. I am considering canceling my service because of this incident. PLEASE shop around for roadside services and read reviews before choosing a provider.

I was a disappointment with the service may 16 I called aaa about service because I had a flat tire I was at my job I explain to them that I had a flat that need to be towed to a service place that needed to be fix.i was frustrated because no one came out I called2 hours ahead of time.i was I was at my job for 12 hours.I called at 4 pm waited 2hour no one camsNo phone no nothing I had to cancel because my job was closing at 6pmI had to call again to reschedule in the morning I I feel like it was poor communication with customer service and the driverI just had a flat tie.mr John Murphy came this morning he was on time I appreciate him so much I explained to him what happenMy son was not happy what happened to hmesaid that triple A should have done something else
