The cashier in the morning Cathy the older short heavy set short Caucasian woman is very racist has the most disgusting nasty attitude as if she hates that job and hates people only greet and talks to the white customers does not acknowledge or pay any attention to anyone else a minority or black that comes in does 7-Eleven I have been going there for years and go there during the day at all different hours and have countered many different employees there but this particular one employee Cathy is as if she's always having a bad day it's just so frustrating when you go in there early in the morning and your morning is going good and you look at her and you say good morning and she acts as if you're not even standing there does not even talk or say anything back does not tell you how much your total is she does not bag your things in a bag at at all but you see her in Iraq and socialize with every Caucasian customer that enters the store this is very disturbing especially for this area in Virginia Beach

This store is horrible, actually worse than horrible. I went in and the young men working were blasting music. They don't acknowledge you. The slurpee machine never works, and the store is filthy. You stick to the floor in spots. I went in a few weeks ago, and it looked so bad I left. I will drive to Rosemont and Va Bch Blvd for a clean store and better employees. I was talking to a manager at another store I went to, and she said people have been complaining constantly about that store.

I ordered delivery through 7-11 the driver broke my bottle of wine lied and said it wasn’t I could see red wine coming through the white paper bag. I did not get refunded he lied and said I wasn’t outside. I had to call and now have to wait 5-10 days for a refund. I decided to walk to 711 to get wine instead. The Arab lady was extremely rude. I said 18$ in cash rest on card the total was $20 and some change. After walking almost a mile there and as I arrived home I realized she took my cash.( I have a bad leg and broke in in several places and just learned to walk not long ago) I showed her where she over charged me. I asked for my $ back she was rude and told me to calm down. I wasn’t telling or having a mean tone. Then said she could refuse me service. At that point I did not give a flying finuck just give me my $ lady. Makes me think she did it on purpose. Why get mad over me asking for MY money back. I work customer service and know how to act accordingly in public. Her, apparently not ghetto.

The foreign lady who wears her hair pinned up(dark black hair) and the older heavy set white lady(bent over the counter) didn't speak when I walked in the door but they spoke to the 2 white guys who walked in after me. Run the cameras back I was there today 7/8/2022 @ 11:50am. This isn't the first time this has happen. If you are racist and don't want to deal with certain people don't work with the public. Everybody deserves to be treated the same.

No mask on any employee and one of them touched the inside of her nose and tried to touch my money and lobby tickets with that same nasty hand. I asked her to put a glove on. Nasty, nasty place.

Has to be the absolute worst 711 in the city and probably the state. Even though it’s the closest, I will be avoiding from now on. Please hire less surly employees.
