Please tell me how I can't come into a 711 and spend a 50 dollar bill and buy somthing, they turned me away, we live in America 50 dollars is common currency..... the cashiers told me they just started there shift, I'm so confused how that even matters, skip this 711.

Older lady employee started yelling at customers saying she wasn’t taking anymore customers at 0730 because she’s been there 16 hours…and then tried to lock us all inside while still yelling at the other employee.

On June 28,2023 about 8 pm I was at this 7/11 store 130 Newton Rd Virginia Beach 23462. The employees were playing loud music. They had a customer walking around in the store drunk harassing other customers to buy him alcohol. It appeared that the employees know this drunken customer. The employees did not ask him to leave and I heard his loud drunken talking before I got to the door to open it to go in the store. He kept harassing me to buy him alcohol. This new management for this store is not doing her job. The coffee area is always filthy. And the foul language coming all the employees mouths is outrageous.

Employees are RUDE. Manager doesn't know how to order the proper products. Hardly ever any food items ready. This 7-11 is not convenient it's an inconvenience. I hope it goes out of business. There's a new 7 eleven coming up at the corner of Newtown and Princess Anne Rd.

If I can give it 0 stars I would believe me!!! Never in my life have I been criminally treated in this establishment, I was banned for respectfully putting my 1.05 on the counter the cashier looked at me and told me it was rude and to pick it up and place it in her hand, I was looked at horrible upon walking into this establishment… I ADVISE AND I WILL FIGHT for this location to be closed down, the reviews are trash, the associates in this store needs crucial training on common knowledge of how to treat customers, NEVER AGAIN COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS…

Don't even waste your time unless you don't have a desire and just want something. They're never stocked and it's always an attitude to face. This store is demonic because I can't even say anything good about it

Apparently this Establishment of 711 has a policy that when you try to buy something they won't at anytime break a 100 or 50 dollar bill. "Do you have anything smaller or you will have to pay another way. Or buy more than 30 dollars of items in order to pay with a 50. I wanted 3 Red Bulls, pack of mix berry Twinkees and a pack of Cigarettes that totaled to $16.92. What else did I need? So I was told "That you are now holding up the line, pay with smaller bills (I did not have) or get out." Never heard of this in my life or any 711 doing this. Don't go here!!!

All I want everyone to join me in boycotting this 7-eleven for their bias practices 19-20 MAR22. I was on Newtown this evening leaving an appointment and stopped into this 7-eleven to get a bottle of water, upon entry I requested to utilize the bathroom and the clerk lizzie "said we don't have a public bathroom never have and never will go to RITE AID" at this point I said roger and proceeded to buy a bottle of water with a 100 dollar bill and lizzie state " ohh no not today" and i replied what and she said "we aint taking that" and I said " why?" and She said " because you trying to cheat us and so I said okay and searched through my pocket and found a 5 dollar bill. I said why would i cheat you and she said I know how you people do. I inquired if it was because I was African American and she said " NO".. She stated it was clearly stated on a sign. I told her the sign did not say that 7-eleven did not take 100 dollars bills and she said it was a company policy and no 7-eleven takes 100 dollar bills and no 7-elevens have public restrooms. I think what we must understand is that this particular 7- Eleven is operated in very close proximity to minority neighborhoods, where they deny customers the basic rights to utilize the restrooms and assume all minorities are producing fake tender. I don't understand how 7-eleven can operate in that neighborhood and treat their patrons so poorly. In most cases you never know who you are taking too. I happen to be a Navy veteran protecting freedoms that allow the store to operate, but my integrity is questioned. I really felt horrible leaving there today with a two dollar bottle of water, and two clerks protecting a bathroom and the movement of a 100 dollar bill. Some people don't get the big picture I guess or maybe I'm missing something. Diana to you and pass to your manager, your team serves in a customer service capacity and if you can't be nice to people, please seek employment elsewhere. You actually can ruin other peoples day with the negative attitude. If you hate your job quit, but don't take it out on others. I'm asking for anyone who has had a very negative experience with this store to please keep the string going. SEVEN-ELEVEN you owe the community an apology NAACP please investigate and meet us early Saturday Moring 19MAR22 WAVY 10 NEWS meet us there Saturday Moring 19MAR22 Theme " Minority Money is no Good at 7-Eleven" Minorities this is in your neighborhood, you stop here for coffee on the way to work but you are not wanted. In closing, if you are thinking about visiting the 7-eleven on 130 S Newtown Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462 (757) 497-0913 don't do it go to RITE AID instead. You are not welcome here if you are a minority.!!

I go to this 7-11 all the time. I have never had a bad experience until tonight. The older Caucasian lady working there was SO RUDE. I wished a better day and she had a nasty response. When I asked her if I had done something to offend her she proceed to raise her voice and cuss at me. I explained to her that I had not cussed at her or raised my voice once. I believe in taking accountability and if there was something I did to offend her than I should apologize. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISREPECTED LIKE THAT BY ANYBODY EVER IN THAT STORE. if she does not like customer service than she should find another job. People need to be held accountable for their actions. Her behavior is uncalled for and is a reflection on that franchise. I hope they rectify the situation because all the other employees are so helpful and kind.
