Do not buy gas from here if your car takes regular 87. They will let you buy gas and overpay per gallon because they are always out of regular. My problem is that they do not post signs warning customers & as someone who has had this happen several times, I feel like it is an intentional money grab! My car takes regular, if you notice this it’s best to just go in and cancel

The 711 xact air needs to be relocated to the side of the very narrow parking area where it is currently located. This station was remodeled within the past year 10 years but they seem to have put little care into the location of the exact air device. It is hazard when pulling into this confined space. It has a very thick concrete base with no buffer which makes it easy to hit the front or rear bumper of your car while either pulling in forward or backing into it. If they do not relocate it then at least but a buffer around the base or some type of rise in the pavement to prevent vehicles from making contact with this structure that doubles as tire air and vacuum air.

Two clerks here told me the same thing here -- this particular store had shift openings. I get up early to meet the manager after completing an application and the manager told me there "no openings". Yet, the sign "now hiring" is posted in two places on this property! How blatantly misleading can any business be about something as such?!

Had a horrible experience here. My first time ever going to this store even though I’m less than 2 min away. Checked to see if they had a 4loko and the white lady in the back which looked like a manger. Looked at me up and down and said “You’re in the wrong neighborhood” Shaking her head rolling her eyes and repeating after I went around the corner. It felt like she judged me and made me feel bad for trying to buy a drink. She truly had the worst attitude I have ever seen. I work in customer service for 10+ years. She should not be working or running that place. Will NEVER come back.

the 7-11 app Wallet wasn’t working, so asked what should be done about it. the manager, who happened to be extremely obese, said to go to another 7-11. told that manager the reason for my questioning is because balance in my wallet on the app equals to about half an hour of wage for some people. she proceeded on telling me to not come back, as a warning. $7.98 must be what she makes in half an hour, and feels ashamed about it. if you see a very heavy caucasian, you know that is the manager.

When I went into this store, someone was smoking a joint outside. I thought Okay. Whatever. Then the person came into the store and went right back to work behind the counter selling lottery tickets. I would hate to have my money misplaced due to employees being stoned if I was the owner of this store. How can the owner of 7-11 look the other way having employees stoned at work and doing it at work. I am posting this hoping you will take a look at the camera footage. This store always smells like pot.

Scraggly looking employee was just smoking a preroll literally 1 foot away from away from the door, had the whole store including my clothes smelling like pot when I got in the truck. I do support legalizing it but I would’ve snapped if I had my son with me there was a couple old people coming in after me that probably went home smelling funky too. The woman at the register was nice I’d give her a 5 star like most 7-11 employees I come across

I give this 2 stars because when you gotta go you gotta go... covid made it damn near impossible for people who drive for work to find a restroom! The area has 3 fast food restaurants but none are open to the public. So this 7/11 has a public restroom but it is nasty. Often there's pee on the floor. There's rarely any hand soap and it's just a step above a porta potty. But you can grab a drink or a snack just be careful because their pricing is NOT ACCURATE... labels are often in the wrong location. It may say drinks but 1 get1 for $1. But the sign is in front of the wrong drink, etc. just be aware!

Tried to make us pay 5 dollars for two ice cups was willing to pay something. owner is a j*** totally profiling my girlfriend who is not white. Never going back recommend you don't. btw full ice bag cost 2.50.... sad racist and crook!!!

Most of the people who work at this establishment are extremely rude and have zero people skills. They are very invasive of personal space even during the pandemic they were extremely close. They complain about making food even though it is there job. And they seem to have issues with everyone who walks through the door. Though most of the people are extremely rude and unwelcoming there are a few people who work there that are very sweet and polite. I do not recommend coming here unless you want your personal space being invaded, your food cold or not done all the way and a very rude experience.

711 is always a place I go go to grab something to drink or grab a quick bite to eat. At this location you have the privilege to grab and go (hot dogs, rollers) off the grill on your own. Very clean location I'm always in and out when in line.
