This store claims to be 24/7 but after trying several times to ask the clerk why she will not let me in both through the door and on the phone (which she did not answer) she then proceeded to call the police on me for knocking on the door. The customer service here is terrible and I've filled a complaint with corporate.

they do not open 24 hour. yes there are staff working late shift but you cannot enter. why? idk. they should seriously leave a sign that it close and when they open back up. This 711 suck outta the rest.

Always close after midnight. Been there last month after midnight for 4 times always close. I thought it was 24/7?

They lock the doors and act like they're closed around 1am. Plus some lady in there upcharged me because I was getting something less than 2 bucks.

They will steal your money and blame it on their computers.I went in for some snacks and my card got declined even though the full amount went through on my end. I showed the cashier my transaction history, and he said there was nothing he could do.I ended up leaving empty handed. Walked all the way there for nothing even though they took what I had left in my account.

It's 711. The staff was friendly and the store was kind of clean. You definitely want to wear shoes when entering. The bums outside begging for change is annoying but the employees can't do anything about that. Most of the slurpee machines were working. The food on the grill was more than obviously old and I was surprised the staff hadn't changed them out. The manager mentioned they were extremely short staffed but then I watched her go back to the office and just sit there playing on her phone and the computer. Thats actually where she is almost every time I go in so I'm surprised she wasn't out there managing the store and doing the little things that needed to be done.

You have 2 people currently in that store. I was in the parking lot for a little while seeing if the line would go down. Nope. You have one girl named Jolene handling a register (doing an amazing job) while whatever girl is there is literally aimlessly walking around getting annoyed that the line keeps growing. After waiting a while in line the other girl finally opens another register but after most the crowd had died. The disrespect to leave a newer employee by themselves is ridiculous. Jolene you did a great job but honestly whoever that other girl is just needs to get fired.

They keep bathrooms locked and "out of order". They work just fine they just won't let customers use them.
