I work very close to this location and stop here before work every day around 630am and almost every day there's a sign in the window saying "be back soon". If you see the sign, br prepared to be waiting for about 15 min.

I just walked in to get drinks with my daughter. I wanted brewed tea and both the sweet tea urn & unsweetened tea urns were empty. I went and grabbed a bottle tea instead. I told the staff that their tea urns were empty and both women caught HUGE attitudes and began making excuses. "We don't have tea bags", "she never taught us how to do that", "we never use those, you need to get tea out of the soda fountain". Then the cashier not helping me turned to her customer and began talking about me with me standing right there. Extremely rude! What kind of establishment are you running?? Teach your employees customer service and class.

This is an awesome 711 they not only had the cheese for nachos, but this awesome employee was also doing a terrific job cleaning the rollers and helping customers at the same time.Thanks for everything you guys.

Edit: i previously posted this at 1 star, but this location has gotten a lot better since i last posted my review. It's not the best 711 around, but it's not the worst either.

Stopped in this afternoon for a coffee and donut. Found several cups had a red sticky substance on them, threw em out. Went to the other end got what looked to be clean cup made the coffee. Stood in line two guys in front cashing their winnings. When my turn to checkout she told me and another guy to go around to check out. We went around the guy behind ended up in front and the guy in front of us was having a hard time checking out. Looked back over to the other register that I just was told to go around to the other register and a customer was checking out. I walked around set my coffee and donut on the counter and told the guy to throw them out. What kind of service is that? The original casher looked at me several times and said nothing about closing or that she was done for the day. Maybe a owner need to look at this and other reviews and fix the problems.

Came in at 11:47PM last night and asked if alcohol was still being sold (disclaimer: it’s fine it’s not), and the lady behind the register looked at me like I was crazy and said “no, good night.” And then went back to staring at her phone.I confronted her for being rude. I am simply a customer asking a question. I also was going to purchase food, but she proceeded to say that she’s “off the clock” and that she’s going to call the cops if I don’t leave. OKAY, so you’re behind the register and claiming to be “off the clock.” Needless to say that I left without purchasing anything.ALSO, had a friend come in at 11:30 and alcohol apparently wasn’t being sold then either. Despite her claim that alcohol ends at 11:45PM.This location doesn’t care about customer service. Poor ownership.

I will not shop at this 711 again even though it's near me. I was treated very rude by an associate tonight! Please take your business elsewhere if you want good customer service and to be treated like a human being!!!

People you better watch your change slim Redheaded Older lady with glasses working morning shift 11:30 a.m. on the 3rd of October Wednesday got me for $5 I give her a 20 and she owed me $10 and some change and she give me 5 and some change back didn't realize it until I was already long gone.... Just letting you all know count your change because you got some dishonest people in there

Would take stars if I could. My husband goes to this 7eleven every single morning on his way to work, except for Sunday. He also goes after work at other times of the day to other 7-Elevens, so much so that we have argued multiple times because of how much money he spends at 7-Eleven as per our bank statements. Today there was a different lady at the cash register, not miss Teresa, and my husband's ID has been expired for several months and she refused to sell him cigarettes. Ok, but then I go in to get the smokes, and she refuses to sell them to me also with a valid licence because she says it's a third-party transaction. His ID was clean, no pieces missing, not bent- just a couple months expired. He's 30 years old, I'm 30 years old! But that's not why I'm writing this review, the reason I'm writing this review is because of the lady's poor attitude, she was short, lacked the social skills necessary for this job, just absolutely rude. There was no reason for her to have the tone or attitude the way that she did especially to me the woman who puts up with my husband spending the majority of our money at 7-Eleven!!! What's worse is Miss Teresa -who sells him cigarettes every single day, 6 days a week for months and months on end, said absolutely nothing to this woman! I'm sorry, you don't sell milk after the expiration date... my husband isn't of-age all of a sudden because his ID expired-that's not how this works. He even just voted with that same expired ID but you won't sell him (nor I) a pack of newports? This Lady was being a straight up j**** To refuse me too?? I was OUT of the store when he made the purchase! I walked in AFTER he came out of the store and she refused me. Just plain stupid. This is supposed to be why we have human beings still making transactions, instead of computers...to make common sense decisions. While a computer would otherwise see his expired Identification and it wouldn't pass the computer's test, a person could check, see he's of age, it's ok. Or, at minimum, let me make the purchase.....which, sorry to say, even a non-A.I. computer would've been smart enough to have allowed. This is just ludicrous. We will NOT be purchasing from this store again. I'm glad you have the help, Miss Teresa, but this woman should not be behind the counter, especially when your loyal regulars come in.
