Walked in tonight, past the cashier, grabbed what I needed only to be told at the register that the credit/debit card system is down. Really?Like you aren't able to tell people that you are cash only as they walk in?You have posters all over saying all alcohol purchases require an ID; put something up saying cash only!You need to do better. Not sure where the smart staff went.It's all good though, Wawa’s credit/debit card system was working.

We stop in everyday. The representative's are friendly, welcome everyone with smiles. It feels like a little community. My husband whom passed yesterday, really likes everyone. They have treated him with such kindnesses and empathy. They were the first place I stopped after leaving the hospital yesterday.Thank you, Elizabeth Markert

I would give them zero stars if they would let me. I cannot believe what I just experience. The cashier is so completely rude at the 711. Thankfully they have opened another one nearby and there’s also a Wawa so I won’t have to go here anymore. If you are looking for something that you would need from a convenient store, don’t go to the store. The younger male cashier here is absolutely atrocious. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem that anybody is going to do anything about this based on the prior reviews.

I very very rarely leave bad reviews on places, but the cashier I encountered here today was just disgustingly rude and nasty to me and my 10 year old daughter. I genuinely am surprised someone so crochety was hired to work at the counter engaging with customers. Be rude to me all day long, but be rude to my kid who did nothing but be polite and we have a real issue.

The white heavy set female who's working at the 7eleven store today is very rude and disrespectful! It's a damn shame for her to be so childish & make fun of customers. And laugh at the customer. With other customers! I still haven't forgotten about her and a black female 7eleven clerk were making fun of my braids once i walked into 7eleven store around 3 month's ago! She needs to grow up! And learn how to do onto other's. And she would have other's do onto her!!

Hi! I have visit your location here in Virginia beach location 1912 Laskin Rd on 4 or March. It was an African American female, hair extensions, long pretty nails. I gave her 5 dollars and request 2 sweet wood blacks. She closed the drawer and gave me 81 cents back. As I wasn't pay any attention, she gave me the change and I walked out the store. Because I was careless and didn't notice until I walked out the store, I didn't go back in to request my remaining funds. I didn't want to cause any unwanted issues. On Tonight, I walked in and it was a black African American guy. Light skin, I waited in line, I requested one plastic tip sweet wood black because you guys didn't have the sweet wood. And I also had a box of baking soda. I gave him a $10 dollars, he gave me two dollars back. These two workers are stealing people money!! I started to post on 711 review page but decided not to. Since I never received a response back from your customer relations team which was sent back email. I have decided to actually post my review.

I rated 1 stars out of 5 because 0 is not allowed. Not only the cashier "Amber", insisted on texting on her phone, rather than ringing up my purchase, and she was not wearing a mask! I would not recommend any of you go to this 7 eleven either! Please be safe everyone!! :))
