The employee or manager or whoever it was was very aggressive. Seriously, do not come here. Threatened to tow my car despite having been in the store.If they have parking policies, that’s fine. Just tell me not to do that again. He was so rude and aggressive about it, and what was even the point of pointing out that he was going to tow my car. Why even come out to my car at all?Seemed like he was looking for a fight. Luckily, I left before he could do anything.

This is one of the messiest 7 elevens I've ever been in. The drink station was a complete mess. Somebody needs to come in and overhaul this store!

This store is nasty. It's very unclean and the workers are not the friendliest. The older guy cashier is not customer friendly. He gave my lottery tickets to another customer. After I wait about 30 minutes in line and the time it took for him to play my numbers. Never again . Go somewhere else where you get your money worth and if clean.

Overheard one of your employees on 6/17 at 9:45pm say to a patron “I don’t mind losing my job over you”. She was on a personal phone call (on speaker) while ringing up and the line of people waiting were NOT happy. Absolutely deplorable.

Super cool guy working behind the counter tonight, I came in obviously 3 sheets to the wind at 11 o clock at night to buy some junk food and get change to do laundry because i totally forgot i should of done laundry before i started getting sauced, only had 2 quarters in the register but my guy went out of his way to find a roll of quarters for me and was super polite and friendly. Wish I could of seen straight enough to read his name tag

I Stop at this location when I leave work almost every night . Your late night employee D is on point. His customer service is impeccable. I’m a restaurant manager so I know good customer service when I see it. He is an asset to your store. The store is always clean and fresh smelling when he is there . His good energy and happiness definitely rubs off on you especially when you had a stressful night at work . If this store had more employees and managers with his customer service this location would be simply amazing.

Filthy, disgusting, unclean experience on Saturday 1/15/2022. The manager/owner of this location should really look into the staff that was working that night, as they appeared to be on drugs and just "hanging out" instead of working. The line was soooo long and slow-moving bc the one man working was slow and couldn't figure out how to ring many things up, while the woman who was working just sat there talking to her coworker at the register, not offering to help, then walked around talking with her friend/customer instead of getting on the second register to make the line move faster. Definitely ridiculous. The man working the register, I watched him reach for the hotdog/taquitos and put his dirty hand (with visibly dirty fingernails) right into the paper bag they serve the hotdogs in. It was repulsive and I'm thankful I wasn't the one ordering them. The store was packed with 95% of people being maskless (despite a sign saying to use masks). The coffee station was a mess and looked like it hadn't been cleaned, (which I noticed because waiting in line for 25minutes.) Completely gross, unclean, and obnoxious experience. The store itself is fine and awesome that it's open late, however the manager/owner should really look into their staff and retrain them on cleanliness, customer service, and public safety in a pandemic. I'm not one to write a bad review, but this was soooo gross!! January 15, 2022

She charged me for a doughnut that I did not buy. I didn’t take out of the store it broke in the establishment. But I guess if you’re black you don’t really get a fair experience. Can’t help but think if I was in my white I wouldn’t experience that treatment, considering it fell due to defective manufacturing considering I touched it and it fell in half. To me that’s horrible. I would never go here again can’t be treated fairly.

I'd give a 0 star if I can. A curly hair woman started yelling at me in the parking lot as if everyone is her servant and only when I started questioning her identity she stated she was working here. After the yelling she proceeded off to the beach with her beach chair. Well I'm sure this location will close soon with her attitude towards people and her work.
