When purchasing an item, it is best to take into consideration that everyone is not tech savvy, as they say. Addressing this to the lady working at 2 pm today, I was paying with my card, and I went to enter it, and she just said, "Tap." And I tapped it, not knowing where to tap at. So she said, "Tap when highlighted." There were 2 spots where it highlighted: The first where you insert the card, and the second was beside the numbers on the keypad, but it barely lit up. She jerked the keypad around to her, and she told me to give her the card. Rudely saying, "Have a good day." Sometimes, with the regulation of using the card, being patient with someone unfamiliar, the system of things is advised for proper customer service. Thank you for your time.

Someone should call the cops on this establishment. They have a minor selling cigarettes and alcoholic items to customers as well as lottery tickets. I’m calling the BBB. Also the first shift clerk was rude and snarky.

Just purchased two coffee's. It's horrible!!! It taste like coffee from yesterday. Tried calling to advise coffee is scorch but got no answer. Answer phone please. Just terrible.

I'm sharing this review as I was rudely kicked out of the store tonight by the manager that's my boyfriend does know. She didn't even tell me she told my boyfriend I had to leave so he relayed the message she assumed I was under the influence. I believe she's the one under the influence and she should get tested. You should never kick a paying customer out of the store period and assume things. Please look into this because he as in he my boyfriend doesn't remember her name. I used to believe this was a good 7-Eleven / Exxon when my mom worked there.

The two female staff members in the morning are rude and abrasive. The coffee machines are always “down”, “missing materials”, or “being cleaned.” They wait to trigger the cleaning until the peak of the morning when everybody’s going to work or school. When you bring it up to them they get upset. They need new morning staff or new management to fix these issues, because the issues never get resolved. You’re better off going to another 7-Eleven if you want working coffee machines and better customer service. I reported it to the 7-Eleven Corporate Team.
