Why do this store has a policy of never allowing customers use debit card to buy a lottery ticket? I can understand you cannot use a credit card for this purpose but per law and VA lottery website, people are allowed to use debit card. Is this absolute Ignorance or due to something specific? Matter of fact many other 711's allow the use of debit card. Also, it appears the senior sales lady there is on her days, always. Oh well.

This place is alright. But the desiel pumps are VERY slow. You mihht not want to fill a large truck here.

I just bought 2 smart waters and the girl at the front was nice. I don’t know her name. I should have asked her. She had a rose tattoo on her neck. 7/11 did the job. Thanks for the water. I am refreshed

They will take your money, blame you for the gas pump timing out, then say that's not what happened, no offers of returning money, NOTHING shitty manager and employees. Go elsewhere when you need gas, they will just steal from you.

I only come here because it's close and when other stores are closed. Chandonette, or however you spell her name is very rude. Nasty attitude for absolutely no reason. She only works at night, I assume. That's the only time I get her as a cashier. I like the daytime employees better. Chandonette and her dampened personality should be replaced.

The managers of this store triggered emotional hysteria to my roommate on Fri Jan 30. They terminated him as a “no-call, no-show” for the previous Thursday 3rd Shift —- he was never on the schedule given to him by one of the managers, so the other one did the dirty work of an unjust termination! DO NOT shop here - the managers are total Mafiaosos!

Food is usually fresh and store is clean but there’s a cashier there, that has a lip ring and she always looks like she’s on drugs. Always is kind of out of it. Like head is hanging low and her eyes are always as if she’s falling asleep. She lives real slow and her mouth is always hanging open. Always seems out of it. I’ve seen drug use and how she acts every time we see her, is a tell-tell that something is going on.
