No breakfast items at all at 8:00am in the morning. Other customers complain. Employee seems angry. She says we have to cook our own breakfast items... wow

I've frequented this location for over six years. It's always been my first stop in the morning for coffee on my way to work. Recently, two new female employees have been hired. Both ladies are rude, ineffective at customer service, inattentive, and lackadaisical. This morning, the floor was wet without notification and I slipped, and fell. The coffee station smells of mildew and is unsanitary. Today will be my last visit to 1040 Lynnhaven. I will take my business to the next 7-Eleven a block further. Of note, Tracy is awesome and I will miss him greeting me with enthusiasm each day. He should be mentoring the other two inconsiderate employees.

every time I go into this store they never have Miuntain Dew on a fountain drink its been weeks and still no fountain drink i don’t know what is going on but whoever the manager is he or she isn’t taken care of things..Its time for new Management..

Friendly staff, unfortunately 7-11 prices lol. Honestly I shop here often, it's quick and easy, and if it costs a bit more sometimes it's worth it.

Pulled into this location at around 5:00 PM on Wednesday 6/3/2021 and there was a corona bottle that I didn’t see due to the rain in the parking spot. I went in and tried to speak with the manager about the possibility of them paying for my tire if I in fact get a flat tire because of it. The manager because told me I was insane and they wouldn’t be responsible. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me and the young lady who was running the register and who went out and cleaned the glass up after this happened also refused to give me the managers name. Awful customer service at this establishment and if i I do suffer a busted tire due to this incident I wanted to have this on record.

Cashier was less than friendly and didnt communicate being out of condiments like chili n cheese before my purchase. Walked away with a luke warm sausage on a piece of stale bread and no condiments. Waste of money... lesson learned

This particular location is conveniently located down the street from Lynnhaven Mall so if you're in the area of this location stop by and grab and cold drink from the refrigerator or better yet a fountain drink or why not get a hot cup of coffee to start your day!!..
