Friendly as usual. Wish the surveys would come out when I have very bad experiences at other 7-11s. No issues with upton drive!!

They are always rude here, but I never felt compelled to write a review until today. I went in to pay for gas and was rudely mocked and mimicked for having a stutter by the cashier (he repeated my stutter in a joking voice, obviously making fun of me). After I showed that I was upset, the other cashiers behind the counter laughed. Don't remember their names because I left as soon as I paid. Will never buy gas or anything here ever again. Pretty appalled that people like them who make fun of people with a stutter have a job, but I guess I can't expect much for this particular 711. Take your money elsewhere or at the bare minimum avoid having to interact with any of the employees that work there.

I have never been treated more rudely. Employee who's name tag said Sean. Walked in, went to the food rotisserie to grab some taquitos. Sean greets me, I ask for 5 chicken, which he didn't have enough of. I ask him if he can cook a few. He says no, they take 30 min (not True) and I inform him that I have these cooked fresh regularly at other stores. At no point was I rude or indigent. I pointed and another row of taquitos and asked what flavor they were. The indicators said two different, and I want to make sure. He looked at me and said "you can read". I couldn't believe it. I said "did you really just say that to me?". He said yes, and told me to get out or he would call the police. I really cannot understand...why he would treat me this way. I spend a fair amount of money here as it is my local store. Hopefully the owner cares enough to reach out, review the tapes, and take action.

Far from friendly, it shouldn’t matter what time is it a pizza can be cooked. The oven is not being cleaned.

This 7-Eleven was recently renovated and it shows. New pumps, new parking lot, new car wash and new and shiny everything inside. It's fully stocked and loaded with tons of items and you won't want for much in the way of coffee, sweets or snacks. I've stopped here late at night on my way home for some milk and sundries bc it's easy and fast and find them to be friendly and welcoming inside. I love all the coffee flavors which change seasonally for holidays with items like peppermint and pumpkin flavors. Yum! The car wash is a nice and reasonably priced hands-free wash. Right on the corner of Upton and Nimmo Parkway.

I give this 7-Eleven it's rating based on its very clean the service is good the staff is always polite the restrooms are always kept up. The only concern that I have there is a gentleman that works in here behind the counter and he's very slow about giving you the correct change back and he'll hesitate if you stand there then give you the rest of your money he's hoping that you're not counting so that he can keep some of the excess change I know this because I stopped at the 7-Eleven and I'm really observing this gentleman he is a white guy I'm thinking he could be early sixties he's always very polite when I come in the mornings as of now 8:30 a.m. he is working again I gave him a 20 I had $10 in gas and I bought two bananas for a dollar and a pack of gum I knew approximately what my change would be and he hesitates after he hands me a $5 bill this time I asked him for a receipt I just want to tell you be we're not only in this particular place but in other places my husband's a very big stickler on counting your change
