I'm not happy with the person working there. I am amputated above the knees, and he had me pull up to the first register. Then he began talking to other people, and left me there with my phone out and $13 to pay for my cigarettes. About 10 minutes I sat there until he decided to get back to me. 5cents is not my problem. The way he acted is my problem. That boy should FIRED!!

In my experience with this 711. Employees unhinged, greasy, unkept, ungroomed, look dirty, uniforms wrinkled and dirty. They are rude, racist, and unprofessional. They start confrontations with customers and then press false charges on people, and don’t show up for court. They don’t wear name tags and refuse to identify themselves by name. They refuse to give corporate information for complaints. The manager Debbie can barely speak, and her face is balled up like a fist. These white women act like they own this store, and have nobody to answer to! This is not the 1930s, and there is always someone you have to answer to when you work for someone else! As a cashier, you should always remain professional, and provide customer service, and de-escalate situations. This particular employee who refused to identify herself and who is not wearing a name tag, threatened to punch me, and threw my merchandise on the floor because I told her I was not leaving the store without her name so I could make a complaint. We were in mutual confrontation, which is why she didn’t come to court after pressing fictitious charges on me. Typical KAREN calling the police on a black woman, after becoming hostile and I returned that energy. Waiting for a call back from corporate.

Not only is it ghetto but it’s the type of ghetto you honestly feel bad for. They dont even have gas pumps but best believe if youre trying to get shot, this the spot. The cashier doesn't know how to put things in a bag because she’s a drop out and would rather cackle on the phone with her child “Navaeh” but she was probably talking to the other cashier aka the chain smoker who was on the phone outside, also loud. When I asked for a bag it set it on the counter and told me “God bless you.” God should bless your Navaeh with a mother that doesn’t have chirp mobile and can count change. I know her kids is struggling with 2+2. I just know it.

Vacuum is torn where the hose and machine meet. They should put a sign or keep up with their equipment.

After this store was taken back by corporate it has improved tremendously. There are still major issues that need attention though . Cleanliness especially at the drink and slurpee station are always bad . I won’t even get one for my daughter from here anymore . Also don’t take this the wrong way but the homeless presence is getting way out of control . I don’t mind helping when I can but that’s not often and it’s very upsetting when I get treated rudely when I have to tell someone sorry I can’t help . I don’t mind the ones that hang out on the side but it’s getting worse and worse with them now constantly standing to both sides of the entrance door . They are approaching people coming in , coming out , even approaching u at the car . Last straw for me was several days ago I was at the register paying for my stuff and out of nowhere not even a foot or two behind me someone blurts out “hey can someone help me out with a cigarette ?” Like I said I don’t mind helping . But this is waaaaay over the line when u are invading customers personal space when they are just trying to pay for their stuff . Also even more the cashier did and said absolutely nothing . No apology nothing to the guy asking for the cigarette. Nothing just stood there waiting for my payment like he didn’t even notice while me and the rest of the customers are just shaking our heads . You have no trespassing and loitering signs posted on the building . The question is for the sake of your customers are u going to do something to enforce that for the safety and comfort of your customers ? Or are u going to continue to ignore and allow it . Unfortunately because of this until this is handled I will have to take my business else where even though this is my go to 711 and closest to my house . Thanks p.s there are some great employees here including the GM so kudos on that

Sometimes there's a particular staff member who needs to adjust her attitude. I've been going to this store since I moved to this area over 3 years ago. The previous store staff were cordial, polite and friendly. These new staff members for the most part are nice except this particular one. She talks to me as if I were illiterate. I'm familiar with the prices of the items I buy when I'm there.I used to work for 7Eleven and I know how to treat customers but she must have been absent during training.

This store changed hands last June and it has always been my go to spot before I stopped working. They still have the things I've always shopped for especially the coffee. They have a crew there that the community has to get used to and they have to get used to the community. I'm not outside in the evenings but during the 9-5 hours, I'm pleased with how I'm treated while I'm there. I always look for discrepancies at any 7Eleven I go in because I was a former employee.

No bathrooms for customers. I am in my car for work most of the day. If I stop to buy something I want a bathroom available. I won't stop here again. Wawa wins again

Outside lighting in front of the store not working made it dark and shady people hanging around outside. Employees friendly and professional. Store is neatly organized and kept clean for the most part. Employees do the best they can with what they have to work with. I blame corporate/owner, as well as management for not staying on top of the conditions in this store as well as giving the employees a simple pat on the back or a thank you for the job and services they provide.

The workers at this 7-11 were rude when I went. They just wanna us to hurry up, pay up, and get moving. Not planning on coming back to this 7-11. There are better locations.

Are you sure you're telling the whole story? Didn't you threaten the customer?? Customers are not always right.
