Yep the tall old white lady most terrible customer service I’ve had at any 7/11! The other reviews about this rude worker are completely true. She was talking to me like her own kid, and she let my ice cream lay out in the counter all melted. When I asked if I could trade it for one in the cooler she gave me an attitude ridden “no”. Not going again as long as she’s working there!

The tall white old lady is very rude n won't speak to me when I speak to her walking through the door. She always has a attitude towards white people but when a black person walk in she speaks to him or her. Bad customer service there . She act like she runs the store telling us not to use the ATM . Correction on what I said she won't let me or anyone else get cash back when we use our card to purchase something . She won't let me change quarters or change to get dollars bills. Me and her had an computation when we first seen each other but she didn't say or speak to me she left me alone even when I say Hi . Some other stores are switching out employees why not this store

Racist store. The tall white lady is extremely rude and never speaks even when I ask her how she is doing right at the register. She will continue ringing you up and act as if she didn't hear you but will hold an entire conversation with the next customer. The other white lady with dark hair is extremely rude as well, she had an whole screaming match with a customer, yelling out curse words and all. I'm not great with names but the white boy with long hair and the black girl has exceptional customer service. I frequent this store literally everyday bc its near my home but If it wasn't for them, I would drive the extra 10 miles or so to another location. I've never experienced such horrible customer service at a 711 before. I'll be contacting headquarters because today was the last straw. The negative energy is so unnecessary

I have no issues with Most of the employees at this store but GAIL has a very bad attitude! 95% of the time she is very rude. I frequent this store several times a week and she is always the same way. My co-workers agree that she needs to go.

Clean store when I visited. I used tti work there when it was corporate, many years ago. Im glad to see its still being cared for.

I am staying in motel right next to my 7-11 and visited it frequently. I have not had one bad experience in the store. The customer service and employees are outstanding

Horrible customer service everytime a particular cashier is there. It's literally so bad that I literally use her as an example to new hires at my restaurant of how you should not be. If it wasn't so close to my place I would have gone somewhere else a long time ago
