Walked in to buy 2 red bulls as there is a deal right now 2/ 12 oz for 6 bucks but not at this place nope they marked up 2 extra dollars. So i took a look around and everything is almost 1/3 more cost than pretty much any other 7 11 iv attended . The fact that less then 10 mins from this very 7 11 is another 7 11 that offers the deal as it is pretty much everywhere else . I get private owner and all but the franchise needs to set a price cap. This is what i like to call " stupid americans will pay this " pricing and its and damn insult to the locals

They are very quick to sell hot food items long after the sell by time. These were purchased at 8: 15pm ... This is clearly against food safety practices.

04/16/23 I just left there 230am(ish) playing the queen machines. I bought a 15 pack of Pepsi cans but accidentally left it behind. I tried calling up there numerous times but no answer. I hope to be able to get the Pepsi later today when I'm able to come in. HOWEVER I LOVE YOUR STORE AND AM PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS EVERY TIME I STOP IN.

I had to use the restroom to wash my hands to eat the food I was going to buy at this 711 11:30 am 4/16/23. The two women working there said it was a private bathroom they don’t let the public use. This is illegal, if serving food you have to have a public bathroom I am reporting this to the FDA.Lazy employees not wanting to clean the bathroom is just pitiful business practice. The fines the owner could inquire are very large.

Short Black lady wouldn't let me pay cash for my gad because she said she was pulling trash. And I get doing your job, but you have paying customers waiting....so I left, it's 2:46AM I'm not waiting at a 7/11 at night until she finishes trash. Always out the customers first.

I have a big gulp that i bought from 711, to my knowledge you're allowed free water refills, but this 711 tried to charge me for ice and water smh. Maybe im in the wrong. I work outside, so didnt think itvwould be an issue

This is a decent 7-Eleven store. You know what to expect at 7-Eleven and this one ticks all the boxes. The store is clean and organized, the shelves are well stocked. The staff is friendly and efficient. The fuel pumps work properly allowing you to pay at the pump and receive a receipt. The property is well maintained and the parking lot is kept free of debris. The store is at the busy intersection of South Military Highway and Indian River Road in Virginia Beach. It has two access points, one on each road. Right turns only in and out so plan accordingly.
