OK, so I’m here at 8 o’clock in the morning. They don’t have any coffee. They don’t have any donuts they barely have any energy drinks. They barely have any chips. There’s one out on the floor running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to refill and make sure she can check and see every customer that’s coming in the door every two seconds when she hear the dingdong little Miss manager I don’t know this was the manager of the store manager, adjust another associate older lady with glasses with a stitch tattoo just standing at the register and just wait for customers to come to the counter doesn’t matter they don’t have any donuts for when you get your large coffee and a free donut with it all this hot food that’s just sitting out just getting overheated and burnt up all day. Going to waste because they have everything put together and a bundle not giving any customers no choice to buy just one single item like one egg one beef patty just a single serving of three French toast sticks they have all piled up together , trying to make All the customers to buy two for for $5 Customer service sucks nobody said good morning. I waited about 10 minutes for the girl to make a new cup of coffee to realize that I was drinking dirt water!! just another reason why I’ve never stop at the 7-Eleven not even in the middle of the night!!!!

In person the store is fine but sometimes I want to order with 7Now. They NEVER have any fresh food available and the sire doesn't exactly let me choose another store for delivery.

Edit::: I returned this morning and spoke with the owner and had NO issue. She was super polite and helpfulMy daughter went to the store yesterday to get me a Pepsi they were 2 for $3.75. She picked up one reg Pepsi and accidentally grabbed a wild cherry pepsi. I went to the store today to simply and kindly ask to exchange the non opened wild cherry for a reg one. The woman looked at me with distain and was told No. I explained she got the drink for me and when i noticed one of them was the wrong flavor i had just dropped my car off at the shop and had no way to come back last night. I got my car back today and at my earliest convenience came in to exchange i didn’t want a refund. Mind you i live in the area and frequent visit this location and was still told adamantly No. i was told come back in the morning to speak to an owner i find that appalling. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Customer service was terrible.

I have you guys a courtesy call last night, but since I was given no response I’m leaving this review. This 7-11 sold expired milk from 11 days ago. March 10th is the expired date. How does a store employee pick out an expired item for DoorDash and let it be sold, and CONSUMED. Called up there to let them now they’re selling expired and sour milk. No answer and no return call either.
