The lady working the additional counter was extremely friendly and fun. The store looked very clean and well stocked.

Clerk, asleep in her vehicle. No service. Absolute shame. Instead of kids as clerks who can't sell us cigarettes nor alcohol why not stop giving just "Anyone" a job?

Everything is overpriced for this area. They don't honor the promotions or sale prices that they advertise. And they stop selling beer before 12am (local cutoff). This is the lamest 7-11 in VB.

Worst customer service! The man at the front counter was extremely rude. Didn't even acknowledge you when you come to the counter. I wanted to use my $1 dollar reward but he kept clicking off the screen, still not saying a word. Then the payment wouldn't go through and he would just stare instead of saying the payment didn't go through. He told me to never come back. Terrible place! You're better off driving down the road to Wawa or 7/11 where at least you will be acknowledged!

Horrible since they changed management a couple years ago. The employees never took Covid protocols seriously and sometimes don't wear masks, but yet there were times when I would have to leave my purse with an employee to hold it at the door when walking in. Don't understand that one protocol. Some workers are friendly, some not so much. Only go there on occasion now, and I live in the Kings Grant neighborhood.

I think due to being overworked most of the staff have no ability to give customer service. Please hire more staff so everyone gets sleep and people can remember how to smile and speak to customers.

Customer service has left the building. Today was the worse. No smile or anything close to politeness, staff never acknowledged my presence with a word or nod of head. It took a line of 5 or 6 people to get the 2 staff members into a form of action. It really upsets me when im spending my hard earned money to be greeted with the Rolling of eyes and sighing. I will take my business somewhere else after today. Over the past year I've noticed a steady decline in customer service.

Adding to the multitude of 1 star reviews. Do people running businesses graduate past elementary school these days? Obviously not. Keep bleeding money then.
