I didn’t catch her name because we went straight into conversation, which, to me, is pleasant in the way that I already felt comfortable talking to someone on a personal level, but the sales associate was very kind and very knowledgeable about the products. I was looking for something particular as far as frequency of wear (ie outside of work, too), and she was able to help me find something that not only fit that preference but that fit my legs as well because, my god, how much it sucks as a female with thick thighs and a bigger derrière, to find pants that actually fit even these days.

Love this store, buy alot of pants from these guys. They make some rough and tumble kit. I have a pair of jeans from them that I have been wearing for over 5 years and I have yet to kill these things. ( I work as a technician and destroy my clothing on the regular).

Products are good, but for a person who actually use their gear and put them through everything. 5.11 needs to have a some type of return policy if clothing gets damage. Especially if that piece of clothing gets damage within 30days.
