I rented on Brandon avenue from WE Cundiff. The application process was fair. They were prompt in responding to needs when I had some electrical issues. Cheryl is a one woman show - she does a great job. The apartment was very affordable and I felt safe. I really appreciated how they worked with me when I got married and need to sublease. It was all very fair and professional. If you pay your rent on time and are a good tenant they are good to you! I would rent with them again and recommend them to people who need a place to live especially if you need to not have an income cap but do not want to break the bank in rent.

They agreed to meet up with us and then didn't even show up. The realtor forgot to write down our appointment time and leased the apartment to someone else without even contacting us. Thanks for wasting our time.Making mistakes is fine, but my partner is currently homeless and this wasted precious time as we are desperately looking for a place for them to live.

Living here is nice because they keep the apartments well maintained. They are on top of coming by for spraying for bugs every two months, changing the air filter every couple months, and if theres ever anything broken or needs replacing they are prompt in getting it taken care of. The neighbors are friendly and helpful and I love that I live here in vinton.

Only got to live here for a year but loved it! Cheryl offered help & was available at all times. Any issues we had they had someone there promptly & it was taken care of. We also loved the school that it placed my children into. All around it was an amazing stay for us!

Dishonest and shady. Lived in a townhouse property they managed for a couple of years. Took them 3 months to send maintenance over to fix anything. When I went to move out and give them a 30 day notice I was told it had to be a 60 day notice even though my contract was up after 1 year. I couldn’t afford rent for two properties at the same time so I was evicted from the property they managed even though I wasn’t living there after 30 days and was told they would send a bill for “damages” and that was after they kept my deposit. Ironically the damages to the property where documented and I left the property exactly how it was when I moved in.

Had an experience with one of their employees a C. Moore. Very dishonest individual. Met with our agents, wasting our agents time under the premise that they wanted to list their house with us. Asked for copies of our marketing materials. Never disclosed that she worked for a competitor.I would never suggest anyone do business with unethical people like this.
