Wonderful! The Veteranarians and their assistants were very compassionate, and professional. They were gentle, diagnosed my cat and provided me with the best treatment.

Dr Gallagher was great! The other staff too (sorry don't recall checkin tech before vet). We appreciate the care and ability to get in after Streaker mishap (my regular vet was not able to see her). Thank you and would recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care.

Had quite a wait this day, but Dr. Amore and her assistant were excellent. Friendly, caring, knowledgable, and thorough. I felt reassured that I brought my kitten to the right place for what we came for.

Go elsewhere. This is how I sum up Vinton Vet. They are not pet friendly or human friendly. You join their plan and once the so called money is used up, no benefit to this plan. They make sure charges incurred equal up to the plan real fast. After that, they nickel and dime you to death. Trust
me, I know that because I have paper trails. Go somewhere else and find a vet that truly cares about your animal instead of the almighty dollar. Not refer a friend either!
Thanks for response! If an individual pays for the PAW plan, services should be included in that . Most vets have these plans for a year and they do NOT charge for every service or say, oh, your money is used up. I have went elsewhere and am on a plan and read all the fine print. Better deal and nicer people.

My 13 year-old dog was taken care of and then sent to EVSS for overnight care. I appreciate the care and concern and for trying a solution before surgery, which worked out great.

My Rocky had a great experience with Dr. Weigard at his check up. I love Vinton vets. Iam on my second husky now and have been with them since 2006. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Love dr. Wiegard. Very upset that when I came for last visit was told next visit is would be $95.98 but when I was checking out it was $194.68 when I questioned the fee I was told that because I saw the doctor I was charged a exam, told receptionist I was only here for 2 booster vaccines and she said going forward I needed to tell them no exam. I feel that is not my responsibility to know what to schedule when I was there 4 weeks ago and scheduled the next booster and was told a price. I now know this won't happen again I will make sure on what is scheduled when checking in.

They were all great from the staff to Dr. Salmon. They worked Oreo in even though he was not a regular patient.

Annual medical check-up for eight year old Yorkie. Dr. Snead was very thorough and informative. Followed up promptly with lab results. Dr. Snead is the only vet I have used during the eight years that we have had Josie. The updated facility is great and the staff is polite and professional.

I have taken all of my animals to Vinton for years. Until, I was treated like a CRIMINAL. I took in a puppy my friend found off the street. She did the proper protocol and even had the puppy scanned at VINTON VET. No chip. Not reported missing. No one said anything to her then. I took this puppy in to get his needed vaccines and went to what I thought was my trusted vet, only to get chased out getting accused of stealing a dog. I hope Meagan on staff is very proud of trying to get a puppy taken from someone trying to take care of him in front of my 3 year old daughter. He’s fine and well and at his home with me. His owner. He also finally got his much needed shots. Train your staff on actually caring about animals and humans.
