Nate was awesome to work with as well as the representative I spoke to on the phone. Online clocked and wouldn’t allow me to move forward. Both were more than willing to help and make things easy for me. Nate called and followed up with me to get the paperwork taken care of and made it so seamless as he was running two different units while covering for someone. Thank you for your friendly willingness to help me and being patient with all my questions!!

Price went from 155 to 200 in just 3 months. Employees take random 2+ hour lunches at random times so never around for help in vinton

I purchased a climate controlled unit - supposedly - which was not go below 55 degrees according to what they advertise online. My unit has been 41 or below (close to the same temp as outside BTW), and the manager tells me it's because it's been so cold. HELLO!! Isn't that the whole purpose of purchasing a CLIMATE CONTROLLED unit to prevent the temperature dropping so low and risk damaging your property!?! Aggravating to have to relocate my things because of poor service. Not a happy camper!
